教师职业道德建设的“专业化”及问题思考
—关于教师职业道德建设的政策设计和文本分析

摘 要:专业化时代要求教师职业道德建设也必须做到“专业化”,即按照教师专业化的标准和特点探索职业道德建设的方法和策略。包括用一种专业规范的眼光和标准重新审视教师职业道德的建设思路;同时,积极推进教师职业道德的法律让释,以法律语言表述教师职业道德的规范和标准,进而提升教师职业道德的严肃性、神圣性和影响力。在此基础上,强化教师行业规范的自律性和卞动性,提高教师职业道德的保护性和教育性,加强教师教育伦理课程的建构与实施,让教师教育成为具有强烈道德意识的知识领域。
关键词:教师教育;职业道德;专业化时代
总 结:在令业化时一代,教师职业道德建设也必须“令业化”,因此,制定适应工业化时代的教师职业道德建设策略就成为教师职业道德研究的重要课题。
第一, 职业伦理建设的主要目的,不仅是提高教师个人的道德水平,而是促进教师的令业成长。
第二, 扩大教师令业标准的概念和内涵,将教师的令业伦理纳入教师令业规范的范畴之内。
第三,关注伦理课程的建构与实施,是当前教师教育课程改革的迫切任务。
On the “Professionalization” of Teacher’s Occupational Morality and Its Problem——Policy Design and Text Analysis about the Construction of Teacher's Occupational Morality

Abstract: The age of professionalization requires that the construction of teacher's occupational morality must he professionalized, while , which means to explore the methods and strategies according to the standards of teacher professionalization. Mean teacher's occupational morality should he interpreted legally in order to enhance the seriousness and sanctity of teacher's occupational morality. On this basis, we also should strengthen the self-discipline implementation of teacher education ethic and initiative of sanctity teacher's of occupational morality, enhance the construction and curriculum,and let teacher education become the knowledge field with strong sense of morality.
