当前，我国领导领域中还存在不思进取，缺乏创新等一系列不良表现，在这种情况下，研究新型领导文化，构建符合时代需要的、具有中国特色的新型领导文化显得尤为重要。

由于各国的经济形态、政治形态、意识形态各不相同，各国的领导文化也存在一定的差异。但每个国家的领导文化都有自己的先进性，以美国为例，无论在领导方式还是领导理念上都具有一定的先进性。本文通过对中、美领导文化的发展历程及其两国领导文化的特点进行了分析与概括，并针对中美领导文化进行了比较，从而，得出适合我国国情的新型领导文化。全文共分为四部分。

第一部分：领导文化的相关阐述。本部分从文化内涵入手，分析了领导文化的定义、特征。

第二部分：中美领导文化的发展状况及比较。本部分首先按照时期的不同，将中国领导文化划分为三个不同的领导文化，分别是古代领导文化、近代领导文化、现代领导文化。并总结出中国领导文化的特点。其次，阐述了美国领导文化的发展过程及其特点，将美国领导文化分为美国早期领导文化、近代领导文化和现代领导文化。最后，比较两国领导文化差异，从领导观念、领导制度、领导方式及领导风格的不同入手并分析了其产生不同的原因。

第三部分：中美领导文化比较的启示。本部分从两方面讲述领导文化比较的启示。如下：继承弘扬我国传统的先进领导文化和学习借鉴美国科学的现代领导文化。

第四部分：构建我国新型领导文化的思考。首先阐述构建新型领导文化的重要性。其次，从三个方面阐述构建新型领导文化的思考内容。如下：构建我国新型领导文化的主要原则、构建我国新型领导文化的主要内容、构建我国新型领导文化的主要措施。

Abstract：With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and development of economic globalization, countries around the 
world between cultures blend, leading scholars have new opinion for the leadership culture. The leadership culture is the
 special expression of culture in the leading field, is held by leaders of political cultural concepts, in the country’s cultural 
core status. With the function of public awareness and leadership activities, plays an important guiding role.

At present, our country’s leadership in the field there are limits, lack of innovation and a series of negative performance.
 In such condition,it is particularly important to construct new leadership culture with Chinese characteristics to meet the needs 
of the time.

Due to differences in economic patterns, ideology , political ideology, the leadership of the national culture is also difference .
However .each country’s leadership culture has its own advanced nature,the United states as the world super-powers,both the leadership and the leading idea has certain advanced nature .In this paper, Sino-US leadership culture, it analyzes the developing course,characteristics of each period and compares the leading culture, the aim is
 to build the new leadership culture, the leadership culture suits our country national condition. It consists of four sections.

Section one: the leadership culture correlation elaboration. This part from the cultural intension, first analysis of the definition
 and features of the leadership culture.

Section two: The leadership of the culture development and compared. This part of the first period according to different, will 
China’s leadership culture is divided into three different leadership culture, leadership, ancient culture and modern leadership culture, 
modern leadership culture. Summarize the characteristics of the Chinese leadership culture. Secondly, this paper expounds the American
 leadership cultural development process and characteristics, will the American leadership culture is divided into the early American leadership 
culture,  modern leadership culture and modern leadership culture. Finally , comparing the two leadership culture difference, from the ideas of 
leadership, leading system leadership and lead the way and analyses the different reasons.

Section three: China and the United States are leading cultural comparison enlightenment. This section from two aspects about leadership 
culture comparison enlightenment. As follows: inheritance to carry forward our traditional culture and learn from the advanced leader of the 
modern scientific American leadership culture.

Section four: the way of constructing China’s new leadership culture. This article mainly outlined the importance of leadership culture and
 three ways of constructing a new leadership culture. As follows: principle of constructing new leadership culture, building the main contents and 
measures of China’s new leadership culture.
