摘要:本研究主要是针对海外华校校长的研究,考察其领导风格、职业倦怠以及文化焦虑现状以及它们之间的关系。从心理学角度对华校校长的文化焦虑情况进行考察,通过文献法、访谈法和问卷调查法编制初步问卷,而后通过正式试测形成了最终的《华校校长文化焦虑量表》。并以此为基础,对华校校长文化焦虑的现状进行了研究,同时也考察了其领导风格、职业倦怠现状以及与文化焦虑之间的关系,本研究得出以下结论:(1)最终形成的《华校校长文化焦虑量表》包括了以下3个维度:支持性文化焦虑、心理性文化焦虑以及精神性文化焦虑。与最初确定的理论构相吻合。其后的内容效度分析和信度分析结果表明,该问卷具有较高的内容效度和信度。
(2)华校校长领导风格、职业倦怠以及文化焦虑现状研究的结果表明:①从总体上看,华校校长领导风格两个维度即任务导向和关系导向的得分都比较高,且其领导风格在性别、年龄、任校长年限、从事华文教育年限以及学历上均不存在显著差异;②华校校长职业倦怠整体水平较低,且在性别、年龄、任校长年限、从事华文教育年限上均不存在显著差异,但职业倦怠在学历上差异显著;③华校校长文化焦虑整体水平较低,且在性别、学历、任校长年限、从事华文教育年限上均不存在显著差异,但职业倦怠在年龄上差异显著;
(3)华校校长的领导风格与职业倦怠显著负相关,华校校长职业倦怠与文化焦虑显著正相关。其中,领导风格中的任务导向与职业倦怠中的缺乏成就感显著负相关,关系导向与去人性化、缺乏成就感显著负相关;情绪耗竭与支持性文化焦虑、心理性文化焦虑以及精神性文化焦虑存在显著正相关,去人性化与支持性文化焦虑、心理性文化焦虑以及精神性文化焦虑存在显著正相关,缺乏成就感与心理性文化焦虑以及精神性文化焦虑存在显著正相关。
(4)华校校长文化焦虑中的精神性文化焦虑以及校长领导风格中的关系导向对职业倦怠有预测作用,其中精神性文化焦虑对职业倦怠具有正向的预测作用,而关系导向的领导风格对于校长职业倦怠具有负向的预测作用。

Abstract:This study focuses on overseas Chinese studies the principal to investigate the leadership style,
anxiety, burnout, and cultural status and the relationship between them. Chinese school principals from the
psychological point of view to inspect the situation of cultural anxiety, through literature, interviews and
preparation of the initial survey questionnaire, and then measured by the formation of the final official test
of the “Chinese Cultural Anxiety Scale principals.” And on this basis, President of Chinese culture on the
status of the study of anxiety, but also inspected the Chinese president’s leadership, job burnout status and
the relationship between cultural anxiety, the study concluded that:
(1)the final form of the “Chinese Cultural Anxiety Scale principal” includes the following three
dimensions:support for cultural anxiety, psychological and cultural anxiety, and spiritual and cultural anxiety.
And theoretical constructs originally identified broadly in line. Confirmatory factor analysis also showed that
three factors had satisfactory goodness of it. Subsequent analysis of content validity and reliability analysis
showed that the questionnaire has high content validity and reliability.
(2)Chinese principal leadership style, anxiety, burnout, and cultural status of the study results showed
that:①the whole, Chinese style, the two dimensions of principal leadership that is taskorienied and relationship
oriented scores are high, and his leadership style sex, age, president of the age, years of education in Chinese
language and academic qualifications are not significantly different;②Chinese principals lower overall level
of burnout, and in gender, age, life president, engaged in Chinese education are not significant on a number
of years difference, but burnout significant difference in academic qualifications;③Chinese principals lower
overall level of cultural anxiety, and in gender, education, president of the age, years of education in the
Chinese do not exist on the significant differences, but job burnout were significant differences in age;
(3)and the Chinese president’s leadership style was significantly negatively related to burnout, burnout
and culture of Chinese President anxiety significantly correlated. Among them, the taskoriented leadership
style and burnout in the sense of achievement significantly negative correlation between orientation and
depersonalization, lack of sense of achievement was negatively correlated; emotional exhaustion
and anxiety support of cultural, psychological and spiritual nature of cultural anxiety and cultural anxiety
significant positive correlation, depersonalization and support cultural anxiety, psychological and spiritual culture
and cultural anxiety were significantly positively related to anxiety, lack of cultural anxiety and psychological sense
of achievement and spiritual culture were positively related to anxiety.
(4)the President of the spiritual and cultural anxiety and cultural anxiety and the relationship between
principal leadership style has predicted orientation on the role of burnout, in which spiritual and cultural anxiety
predicted burnout has a positive role, and relationship一oriented leadership style of the principals Burnout has a negative predictive effect.
