摘要:21世纪是教育发展的机遇期,各国政府都大力发展教育事业,强调教育要走向现代化。作为现代化教育的践行者,中小学校长专业化发展问题备受社会各界的关注。我国学者对中小学校长专业化发展问题的研究成果颇为丰厚,但大多局限于校长的管理方法、技巧等技术方面的完善,而对校长管理行为影响颇为深远的校长本人的素质、情感以及其管理理念的关注远不够。即使研究,也主要注重政治素质,甚至以政治素质代替道德素质。学校应该是个充满人文情怀的组织,本文通过将西方具有人文思想的道德领导理论引进校长专业化研究领域,呼吁更多学者来关注校长领导的道德维度。道德领导理论产生于20世纪90年代,它批判了以理性和价值中立为唯一指导原则的学校领导理论,认为学校是特殊的组织,传统的学校领导理论都是直接来自于企业管理,并不适合学校,学校领导者应实施道德领导。道德领导理论直接根植于教育环境,更符合教育规律。学校道德领导理论为我们认识校长专业化提供了新的视角,本文即从道德领导理论视角来重新审视我国的校长专业化发展问题,试图为校长更为完善的发展指引方向。
本文主要分为四个部分。绪论部分介绍了从道德领导理论视野下来研究校长专业化发展的背景和意义。第二部分阐述了西方道德领导理论的主要内容,为下文的展开作理论铺垫。第三部分阐释道德领导理论视野下校长专业化发展的新内涵,并对新视野下的校长的素质内涵和角色定位提出了新要求。第四部分从校长素质、制度设计以及校长培训三个角度提出了校长走向道德领导理论视野下的专业化的策略。其中,素质要求是校长在新视野背景下走向专业化的基础,制度是保证,培训是进一步发展的手段。

Abstract:The 21st century is the opportunity for the development of the education. Governments are
strongly supporting the development of education, and emphasizing on education to modernization. As a
practitioner of modern education, the principal’s professional development is concerned by all society.
Chinese scholars had done much research of principal’s professional development, bu mostly confined
to the improvement of headmaster’s management methods, skills and so on, and to the quality of the
principal himself and emotions as well as its management idea which has deep influence on the principal’s
management behavior concerns not enough. Even if someone has done the research of this aspect, they
mainly focus on political quality, somebody even use political quality instead of moral quality. Schools
should be an organization full of human feelings, the article introduces the Western moral leadership theory
that full of humanism to the principal’s professional field, so as to call for more scholars to pay attention to
the moral dimension of principal’s leadership.
Moral leadership theory appeared in the 1990s. It has criticized the school leadership theory with rational
and free value as the only guiding principal, because the school is a special organization. The traditional school
leadership theories are directly from business management, they are not suitable to school, school leaders should
implement the moral leadership. Moral leadership theory is rooted in the education environment; it’s far more in
accord with educational law. Moral leadership theory shows us a new perspective to recognize the professionalization
of principal. This article is under the perspective of moral leadership theory to re-examine the issue of professional development of principal, in an attempt to guide the principal’s further development.
The research consists of four parts.The introduction states the background and the meanings of the principal’s
professional development which is based on moral leadership theory field. The second part describes the main content
of the western moral leadership theory to pave the way for the following text. The third part under the moral leadership
vision interprets the new connotation of the principal’s professional development, it proposes new requirements of the
new vision of the principal’s quality connotation and role definition. The fourth part from the principal’s quality, system
design and principal training three dimensions gives strategies to principal to moral leadership theory field of specialization.
The quality requirement is the principal towards a new perspective of the specialization’s foundation, the system is the
guarantee, and the training is the means of further development.
