摘要:基础教育课程改革已经进行了十余年,深刻影响了我国的基础教育,推动了教育事业的进步。然而在其进一步向纵深领域发展的过程中,却面临着一些瓶颈问题,校长管理模式的滞后就是其中之一。道德领导理论对于改进校长管理模式有很多有益的启发。道德领导思想和基础教育课程改革的内涵都深受人文主义哲学影响,是人文主义哲学分别在领导领域和课程领域的体现,两者存有广泛的契合。因此我们有理由认为道德领导思想可以为中小学校长在基础教育课程改革背景下改进对学校的管理模式从而更加有效的推动基础教育事业的发展提供有益的启示,甚至是指导。本研究在深度分析基础教育课程改革与道德领导思想契合点的理论基础上,调查当前我国部分地区中小学校长道德领导的现状,并就校长如何在学校建设道德领导做出一些探讨。
本文综合运用文献调查法、问卷调查法并以访谈调查法为补充,认真分析了当前我国部分地区中小学校长的道德领导现状。问卷调查法采用自编问卷,并在研究的过程中认真分析了问卷的信度和效度,保证了问卷的高质量,这是提升本研究水平的基础。
通过调查,认识到基础教育课程改革在实践过程中触动了校长领导学校的方式,学校在一定程度上存有道德领导的成分。但总体而言,滞后的科层制领导模式依然主导着当前中小学校的管理实践。造成这种现象的原因主要是落后的管理理念深深影响着我国的教育领域、很多学校对基础教育课程改革的贯彻力度不够、一些校长的素质有待于加强等。
在充分分析中小学校长道德领导现实状况之后,文章着重探讨了校长如何在学校建设道德领导。认为校长应通过建设校长和教师基于责任的共同价值观、形成积极实施学校共同体规范、推动教师成为优秀的自我管理者、促进学校员工良好的同事关系的生成等途径构建学校的道德领导。

Abstract:Basal Education Curriculum Reform have been more than ten years, profoundly changed
the aspect of our country's basic education, Promote the progress of education in China. However, basal
Education Curriculum Reform faced with some bottleneck problems in the process of its further development,
the principal management model of lag is one of them.Moral leadership to improve our principal management
mode for many beneficial inspiration.Both the thought of Moral leadership and based education curriculum
reform ideas all deeply influence of humanism philosophy, It is the embodiment of the humanism philosophy in
the field of leadership and curriculum, both are widely suit points. So we have reason to think that the moral
leadership thought could for school principal under the background of basic education course reform more
effective to promote the development of education and improve their management model provides beneficial
enlightenment, even guidance.
The intention of this study is to survey current situation of some regions in our country school principal
moral leadership and to make some discussion in how does the principal in the school construction moral
leadership with depth analysis the ideological point of basis education curriculum reform and the moral leadership
This paper comprehensive utilize the literature investigation, questionnaire and interview survey method for
the supplement, carefully analyzed the moral leadership status of school principal parts of our country currently.
Questionnaire using self-made questionnaire, and analyzed the reliability and validity of questionnaire carefully in the course of research,
that ensuring the quality of the questionnaire effectively to upgrade the level of this study.
Through the survey, we have realized that in the practice process of basal education curriculum reform touches
the leadership way of school, the school in a certain degree of being moral leadership composition, but overall,
the lagging behind hierarchical leadership model is still dominated the current middle and primary school of management
practice. The main reasons of cause this phenomenon is the backward management concept deeply affected our
country's education field, a lot of school carry out the basic education course reform inadequate, the quality of some
principal needs to be strengthened.
In full analysis the reality of school principal moral leadership, the article probes into how the principal in the
school construction moral leadership. The principal shall be through the construction school principals and teachers
based on Shared values, develop and executive a positive school community norms, and promote teachers to become
good self managers, promote the school staff good colleagues generation, etc.
