摘要:有关学校管理和领导的理论与实践活动从诞生至今,在借鉴企业管理与领导的相关理论的基础上,也一直在日趋独立的发展与改进。从科学管理、行为管理到价值领导、道德领导,学校作为文化的传承者、生产者,其文化功能在学校中的作用越来越得到大家重视。本文在对一所学校实施文化领导的实践基础上的观察与分析中,阐述了学校领导如何以建设具有正确教育价值观的学校文化为载体,以共同愿景为引领目标,以科学人本的管理精神,以民主合作为管理策略,在学校开展文化领导的实践活动。本文通过借一所学校的个案研究,来揭示文化领导因其自身的优越性,所以成为学校领导理论与实践发展的必然趋势。论文分为五个章节。第一章论述了研究者选题的背景以及该选题的理论与实践意义,并分析了国内外关于学校文化领导的研究现状,提出本论文的研究方法及研究构想。第二章对学校文化领导的形成进行理论阐述,从中分析实施文化领导的条件和策略。第三章对研究对象——南京市S校做了一个整体的勾勒,描述了该校的办学历史、管理机制和办学规模与质量。第四章首先对S校的环境文化、制度文化、教师文化等进行诊断,其次采用前后对比的方式描述了S校实施文化领导的一些具体做法及成效。第五章从领导和政策两个方面提出学校文化领导实施过程中的问题与反思,并尝试性地提出解决建议。

Abstract:From the first day of the birth, the theories and practices of School Management and School Leadership
have kept on developing and improving. Though borrowing many theories from the Industry Management and
Leadership, School Management and School Leadership have independently grown into an individual scientific
system. As the successors and producers of culture, schools themselves have paid more and more attention to
cultural functions. Based on the observation and analysis of cultural leadership in a high school, this thesis is
going to expound how the leaders try to construct their school culture, and how to use shared vision, how
to use scientific and peopleoriented spirit, how to use democratic cooperation. Through the casestudy, the
thesis wants to describe the advantages of cultural leadership, and prove cultural leadership to be the inevitable
trend of school leadership.
The thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter One introduces the research background and the personal
research reason of this study. Meanwhile, it analyses the research achievements at home and abroad. Chapter
Two theoretically talks about the procedure of how school cultural leadership develops, and analyses the
conditions and methods for operating school cultural leadership. Chapter Three sketches S School from three
aspects, mainly including its history, its structure of management and its size. Chapter Four analyses three
kinds of cultures in S school in the past. And compare with the past, the researcher elaborates how S
School executes cultural leadership at present. In Chapter Five, the researcher explains two problems during
the execution of school cultural leadership and tries to put forward some suitable suggestion.
