教育经济与管理专业硕士研究生学位论文研究——以上海师范大学为例

摘要:随着研究生教育规模的不断扩大,研究生培养质量的问题日益凸显。本研究聚焦上海师范大学教育经济与管理专业硕士研究生的培养质量,以硕士生学位论文和培养制度为分析对象,揭示硕士生的培养现状,并提出相应的建议。

采取内容分析法,分别从论文选题、研究方法、文献引用和写作规范四个方面对教育经济与管理专业硕士生学位论文进行分析,针对存在的问题提出相应的建议:加强研究生基础理论学习;协调研究生就业与学位论文创作的时间冲突;增加经济学、管理学课程的数量,促进教育经济与管理专业研究生的知识结构均衡化发展;重视科学研究方法、统计学等技术性课程学习,加强研究生的科研训练;提高研究生外语应用水平,为研究生的学术活动提供资金保障;加强图书馆资源库建设,为研究生获取文献资源提供方便。

采用理性选择制度主义分析框架,对上海师范大学教育经济与管理学科的硕士研究生培养制度进行剖析发现,现行的制度不能有效保证硕士研究生的培养质量。据此,笔者建议教育经济与管理专业硕士研究生实施分类培养模式,即:变单一的“学术型”硕士生培养模式为“学术型+职业型”的二元培养模式。并从培养目标、招生环节、课程体系、导师指导、学位论文、质量评价六个方面进行探讨:(1)在培养目标上,学术型硕士生注重学科基础理论知识和科研创新能力的培养,为高校及科研单位培养教学人员、科研人员或储备攻读博士学位的人才;职业型硕士生注重应用能力的培养,为各行各业输送高层次实践型人才,主要培养教育系统的管理人才。(2)在招生环节上,根据研究生导师情况、教学实践基地状况以及学生意愿确定招收学术型和职业型硕士生的合理比例。(3)在课程体系上,学术型硕士生课程体系以“科学研究”为导向,注重理论学习;职业型硕士生以“职业能力”为导向,注重实践能力培养。(4)在导师指导上,学术型硕士生可采取导师指导与学术委员会集体指导相结合的方式,对导师的教学和学术水平要求较高;职业型硕士生可采取双导师制,对导师的职业背景和实践经验要求较高。(5)在学位论文上,学术型硕士生的学位论文类型应为理论研究,注重创新性和前瞻性;职业型硕士生学位论文应偏重应用研究,突出其理论应用水平。(6)在质量评价上,学术型硕士生以科研成果与学术能力为主要指标;职业型硕士生以实际工作业绩为主要评价标准。

AbstractWith the continuous expansion of the scale of post-graduate education, the problem of education quality is increasingly prominent. This study focused on master training quality of Educational Economy and Management from the Shanghai Normal University. Meanwhile, master’s dissertation and training system were studied. This paper revealed the situation of the master's cultivation, and some relevant suggestions were put forward.

By taking content analysis, the study analyzed master’s dissertation on Educational Economy and Management, from the thesis, research methods, citation and writing norms, respectively. The corresponding proposal was offered: strengthen the study of theory; coordinate the time conflict of postgraduate employment and thesis writing; increase economic and management science courses, in order to promote graduate students’ knowledge structure equalization development, who major in Educational Economy and Management; pay attention to the scientific research methods, statistics and other technical courses, so as to strengthen research training for graduate students; improve the application level of foreign language, meanwhile provide funding for the graduate student's academic activities;reinforce the construction of library resources to provide them with the convenience of obtaining document resources.

Postgraduate training system of Educational Economy and Management from Shanghai Normal University was analyzed, by the rational choice institutionalism. We found that the current system could not guarantee the education quality of postgraduate. Accordingly, I recommend Educational Economy and Management postgraduate should be the implementation of classification training mode, namely: change single "academic" graduate students as "academic & professional-type" binary training mode. This paper was discussed from the training goal, entrance system, curriculum system, tutors' instruction, master’s dissertation and quality evaluation:(1) On the training target, academic master should focus on the cultivation of discipline basic theoretical knowledge and scientific research innovation ability, for universities and research institutes to train teaching staff, scientific researchers or talent reserves studying for a doctorate; professional master pay attention to training application ability, which offers high-level specialized talents oriented to all walks of life, mainly training management personnel in education system. (2) On the admissions link, we determine to recruit students in a reasonable proportion, who intend to academic or professional master, according to the tutors’ background, the teaching practice base and students’ willingness. (3) On the curriculum system, academic master's course system is with "scientific research" as the guide, focusing on the study of theory; professional master's guided by "professional ability", stressing the cultivation of practical ability. (4) On the guidance of instructors, academic master can take a combination of teacher guidance and academic committee collective instruction so that tutors’ teaching and academic require a higher level; professional master can take double tutorial system, so the teachers should have good professional background and practical experience. (5) On the dissertations, academic master's degree paper type should be theoretical research and pay attention to innovative and forward-looking; professional master's degree thesis should be emphasis on applied research, highlighting its theoretical application level. (6) On the quality evaluation, academic master's scientific research and academic ability as the main indicator; professional master's actual work performance as the main evaluation criteria.
