摘要: 骨干教师培训是高层次的教师教育,它对加速专家型教师的培养,带动教师整本队伍素质的提高,构建新世纪教师队伍,全面推进素质教育具有重要意义。幼儿园骨干教师国家级培训还未启动,省级培训己经开展起来的也很少。本文结合福建省幼儿园骨干教师省级培训实践,以第一期培训学员为研究对象,揭示了幼儿园骨干教师省级培训学员的角色期待、发展现状以及职业成熟水平;根据幼儿教师的职业特点,全面阐述了在我国教师职业专业化进程中,幼儿教师所应具备的专业素质、职业发展阶段及特点;结合第一、二期省级培训实践,探讨建立幼儿园骨干教师省级培训系统,并初步构建了幼儿园骨干教师省级培训的新模式。 关键词:幼儿教师专业骨干省级培训
Summary: Staple teachers' training is a high-level reeducation aims atteachers. It is significant inspeeding up the training of expertteacher; advancing the diathesis of all teachers; constructingmodern teaching stuff in this new century; pushing qualifiededucation. We haven't yet carried out kindergarten stapleteachers' nation-level training in our country up till now, and province-level training has just been developed in a fewprovinces. We have just took staple infant teachers' training,this is the first time in Fujian Province. This article is based onthe practice,taking the performance of those members into study, then opens out the development situation and level of province-level training. At the same time, it analyses infant teachers' occupational specialty and points out the professional skill that infant teachers should possess in the course of specialization. The article sums up the information about the practice of training, then stu the mode of staple infant teachers' province-level training and bring forward some suggestion on instructing high-quality, efficient, exoteric training system.
