——以成都市某独立学院为例

摘  要：在当前大力发展民办高等教育的背景下，研究独立学院院长的领导有效性显得十分必要。独立学院是以中国国情为基础建立起来的具有中国特色和创造精神的新型办学形式，对此问题的研究，不仅有利于人们更好地理解独立学院院长的各种教育领导行为，还有利于促使其对自身的领导有效性进行反思。本文采用了教育管理个案研究方法，并运用了教育学、管理学等学科的有关理论，真实地展现了一位高校独立学院院长领导的真实状况，并进行探讨和分析。

研究内容主要集中在独立学院院长领导的有效性方面，并分为五个部分展开阐述。首先，本文基于当前教育领导研究的现状，对研究问题的提出、研究的目的、意义、思路及研究内容进行阐述。第二部分对领导行为有效性的判别依据和理论指导进行简要分析。第三部分主要地对研究个案的全面展现，并对研究范式以及个案的选择缘由进行了说明。描述了G院长一天、一月以及一个学期的工作情境，简要分析了作为独立学院院长的工作特点和内容，并从笔者理解的角度反思了作为独立学院院长的一系列领导困境。其中选取了四个独立学院发展过程中的领导案例，分别就G院长在战略规划、人力发展、协调和教育教学方面所体现的领导策略进行了剖析，展现G院长的领导有效性。第四部分笔者从领导概念出发，以构建领导有效性模式为核心，从观念层面、手段层面和资源层面三个方面具体回答了G院长是“如何做到有效领导”这一问题。最后，笔者基于本研究所对领导有效性因素得出的结论，对高校独立学院行政组织领导的未来走向进行了展望:独立学院的发展会逐步走上规范化、特色化的可持续发展道路，其领导有效性也会实现跨越式的发展。

Abstract: It's very necessary to research the efficiency of leadership of president, especially when it makes Vigorously developing private higher education. Independent Colleges is based on national conditions of China set up with Chinese characteristics and create a new type of school spirit form. Research on this issue will not only help people better understand the IndependentCollege president's various educational leadership, but also help to promote the effectiveness of its leadership to reflect on their own.. This paper uses field-research method of educational administration, and use the education, management science and other subjects related to theory, a true show the president of a leading independent college of the real situation and to explore and analyze.

    The study focused on the independent leadership of the effectiveness of the president, and is divided into five sections set to start. First of all, this study based on the current status of educational leadership, the study of the problem, research purpose, meaning, ideas and research content to elaborate. The second part of the discriminant validity of the act of leadership based on a brief analysis and theoretical guidance. The third part of the case study mainly on the overall show, and the choice of research paradigm and the cause of cases are described. G President describes a day, and a semester's work situation, analysis of Dean's work as an independent feature, and from the perspective of the author's own reflection on the plight of the leadership of President C. Selected cases in which the four leaders, respectively, G President on strategic planning, human development, coordination and education of the leadership demonstrated by teaching strategies were analyzed. Part IV the author from the concept of leadership to build the core of leadership effectiveness model, from the concept level, the level of means and resources to answer three specific G Dean "How to achieve effective leadership". Finally, the author of the research on leadership effectiveness based on factors that come to the conclusion, on the administrative organization of leading independent colleges of the future direction was expected.
