美国拉丁裔教育研究
摘要:拉丁裔在历史上作为仅次于美国黑人的第二大族裔集团,日前人数已超过黑人,跃居第一。作为数量最大、影响极广的特殊群体,拉丁裔的存在极大地影响着美国社会的发展,且逐渐成为世人关注的焦点,其教育问题亦成为学术界不可忽视的一点。本论文从追述20世纪拉丁裔教育的发展历程入手,以拉丁裔自身追求教育平等为切入点,在描述拉丁裔教育状况的基础上重点分析拉丁裔自身的努力及政府相关政策,进而引发对我国少数民族教育的思考并从中吸取有益经验。
本论文主要采用文献法收集了国内外有关美国拉丁裔教育和教育平等的研究结果,并借助网络资源对美国拉丁裔教育的情况进行了收集、整理;运用例证法更真实有力地介绍美国拉丁裔教育中学生的学业状况和不同时期的特点;运用比较法将中国的少数民族教育与美国的拉丁裔教育进行对比。通过这些方法来审视我国少数民族教育所面临的问题。以教育平等为切入点分析美国拉丁裔教育不同时期、不同阶段的特点以及社会各界特别是联邦政府的政策措施,以期对我国少数民族教育的发展和教育平等的实现提供一些借鉴。
本文研究的主要内容由四部分组成,第一部分是对20世纪美国拉丁裔教育的历史回顾;第二部分主要对美国拉丁裔教育现状的分析;第三部分是针对拉丁裔教育的历史和现状,分析其教育存在的问题及相关政策;第四部分落脚点放在了我国的少数民族教育,通过对其现状的分析,综合前文引发自身的思考,以期促进我国少数民族教育的发展和进一步完善。

Abstract: Latino African Americans in history as the second largest ethnic group after group, has recently exceeded the number of blacks, ranking first. As the largest number of special groups affect very wide, Latino presence greatly influenced the development of American society, and has become the focus of world attention, it has also become the academic education that can not be ignored. The paper recalled the 20th century from the course of development of Latino education start to their pursuit of educational equality Latino as a starting point in describing the state of Latino education focused on the analysis on the basis of their own efforts and Latino government policy, and thus lead to China Reflections on minority education and draw useful experience.
This paper uses the results of literature at home and abroad to collect U.S. Latino education and research related to educational equality, and with the network resources for Latino education in the United States were to collect, collate; using more realistic illustration of a powerful method to introduce the American Latino Features academic status and education of middle school students in different periods; using comparative method of minority education in China and the U.S. Latino Education comparison. Through these methods to examine the issues faced by minority education in our country. Equality in education as an entry point to the U.S. Latino education in different periods analyzed, the characteristics of the different stages of policy measures as well as the community, especially the federal government, to the development and education of ethnic minorities to achieve equality in education to provide some reference.
The main contents of this paper consists of four parts, the first part of the 20th century, the history of the American Latino Education Review; second part of the American Latino Education Situation Analysis; third part is for the history and current status of Latino education analyze the problems of education and related policies; Part IV foothold in the country's minority education, through analysis of their current situation, comprehensive previously raised their thinking in order to promote the development of minority education and further improved.
