校长课程领导力的研究——以上海市青浦区第一中学为例

摘要:目前,上海基础教育改革进入到了内涵发展阶段,学校内涵建设的核心领域或生长点是课程改革。课程改革急需提升学校,尤其是校长的课程领导力。因此,在这个阶段,校长的课程领导力呈现出独一无二的地位和作用。这就要求教育者对校长课程领导力进行研究与分析,以适应学校课程改革的需要。上海市青浦区第一中学在新课程理念的引领下,在课堂教学改革方面获得了卓越贡献,成为上海二期课改扩大试点学校。在这个过程中,该校校长的课程领导力发挥着巨大作用,其经验非常值得借鉴,是一所很具有代表性的学校。因此,本研究主要探讨的是上海市青浦区第一中学以校长为核心的领导团队的课程领导力。

本研究通过对上海市青浦区第一中学以校长为核心的领导团队的课程领导力现状调查与专家访谈,指出校长在课程改革过程中的价值思想力、课程指导力等方面的可取之处和有所欠缺或不足的地方,并结合调查所获取的真实资料和数据材料提出相应的可行性建议或对策,为校长有效实施学校课程领导提供一定的帮助,从而推进新课程改革的持续进行。

本文运用文献分析法、课堂观察法、问卷调查法等多种研究方法,并通过传统图书阅读和网络研读的方式丰富本研究,力求对相关信息进行研究现状的梳理和综述。在课程转型时期,试图从上海市青浦区第一中学以校长为核心的领导团队的课程领导力入手,透过一系列该校的校长课程领导力在课改成效方面的调查状况,探析在学校课程实践场域中影响校长课程领导力的主要因素,以及探讨校长课程领导力的内涵、特点及在学校课程改革过程中的作用,对推动课程改革不断发展的研究具有一定的现实意义。

总结:文章第一部分为绪论。主要讨论了研究背景,研究方法和研究意义。目前,上海基础教育改革进入到了内涵发展阶段,学校内涵建设的核心领域或生长点是课程改革。课程改革急需提升学校,尤其是校长的课程领导力。本文运用文献分析法、课堂观察法、问卷调查法等多种研究方法,并通过传统图书阅读和网络研读的方式丰富本研究,力求对相关信息进行研究现状的梳理和综述。

第二部分为第二章,界定了领导力、校长课程领导和校长课程领导力的核心概念。

第三部分为第三章至第五章,通过对上海市青浦区第一中学以校长为核心的领导团队的课程领导力现状调查与专家访谈,指出校长在课程改革过程中的价值思想力、课程指导力等方面的可取之处和有所欠缺或不足的地方,并结合调查所获取的真实资料和数据材料提出相应的可行性建议或对策,为校长有效实施学校课程领导提供一定的帮助,从而推进新课程改革的持续进行。

Abstract: At present, the reform of basic education into the connotation of development stage, the core areas or growing point of the construction of school connotation of curriculum reform. Curriculum reform is urgent need to improve schools, especially the curriculum leadership of principals. Therefore, at this stage, the curriculum leadership of principals showing the unique status and role. This requires educators to research and analysis on the principals curriculum leadership to meet the needs of the school curriculum reform. Qingpu District, Shanghai under the guidance of the New Curriculum in the classroom teaching reform an outstanding contribution to Shanghai two curriculum to expand the pilot schools. In this process, the school principals curriculum leadership plays a huge role in their experience is worth learning, is a very representative of the school. Therefore, this study focuses on the curriculum of leadership of the Qingpu District, the school principal as the core leadership team.

Basic education in Shanghai in connotation stage of development, the reform has entered the core areas of education, principals are required to enhance the curriculum leadership. This study through a Qingpu District, Shanghai school principals as the core leadership team, the Curriculum Leadership Survey and expert interviews, pointing out the merits of the principal value ideological force in the process of curriculum reform, curriculum guidance force and to be a lack of or insufficient, and combined with a survey to obtain real information and data material made of the feasibility of proposals or countermeasures, and provide some help for principals effective implementation of the school curriculum leadership, to promote the new curriculum reform is ongoing.

In this paper, document analysis, classroom observation,questionnaires and other research methods, with the education, leadership, management, psychology and other fields related to information and through traditional book reading and the way of the network study this study, and strive to comb and Review of the Research on the relevant information. Period of transition of the course, curriculum leadership to start trying to principals from the first secondary school in Qingpu District, Shanghai as the core leadership team, the status of the investigation through a series of principal of the school curriculum leadership in the curriculum in terms of effectiveness Analysis in school course practice field of the main factors of the principals curriculum leadership, and to explore the connotation of the principals curriculum leadership, characteristics and role in the reform process in the school curriculum to promote the continuous development of the curriculum reform research has some practical significance.
