中小学校长教学领导力现状调查与对策研究
——以甘肃省G县部分中小学为例
摘要:当今社会是一个飞速发展和变革的时代,随着中国教育改革的深入发展,作为教育之基的中小学教育更是不可避免地在变革的时代中迎接严峻的挑战。在此情况下,中小学校长不仅仅是执行上级教育政策和教育行政命令的被动管理者,而应该更多地担负着经营学校、塑造学校和发展学校的重要责任。校长的领导力,直接关系到学校的生存与发展、成功与失败,而教学工作是学校的中心工作,教学领导力则是校长领导力中最为重要的核心能力,它不仅是校长职业区别于其他管理工作的根本,也是衡量校长专业化水平提升的根本性指标。根据对甘肃省 G县中小学校长教学领导力的调查与分析,本文呈现了教学领导力的相关论述和研究,以及所调查的中小学校长教学领导力的现状和问题,并提出了针对性的建议。
本文以文献探讨为理论基础,以问卷调查了解现状,以访谈检视个案,共分为四个部分。第一部分是引言,分析了本研究的缘起、意义、目的、研究方法以及相关的概念界定。第二部分结合问卷调查和访谈,呈现了所调查的甘肃省G县部分中小学校长教学领导力的现状和问题,并对现状进行了讨论,对存在的问题进行了分析。第三部分基于对现状的调查,概括了影响甘肃省G县校长教学领导力的影响因素。第四部分是基于上述现状调查和影响因素,分别从“校长自身”和“外部环境”两个方面来有针对性的提出了提升校长教学领导力建议与对策。

Abstract:In the ear of rapid development and change, education in China has been thoroughly reformed and improved. Therefore, as the basis of the education, primary and secondary school education inevitably meets this severe challenge in this reform process. Under this situation the principals of primary and secondary schools are not only those passive managers who implement education policy and education administrative commands from their superiors, but also those leaders perform responsibilities of managing, shaping and developing their schools. The leadership of a president directly connects with the survival and development of one school. Since teaching is the centre of whole works of schools, one principal’s instructional leadership becomes the most important ability of his or her abilities. On one hand it is the basic to make a distinction between principal occupation and other batch process works. On the other hand, it is the fundamental indictor to judge the improvement of one principal’s specialization level. According to the research and analysis on the principal’ instructional leadership of the primary and secondary schools in G county, Gan Su province, this paper shows some related literature review and researches on the instructional leadership, comes up with the present situations and problems existed in those schools. And finally, the paper gives some targeted advices for those problems.
Based on the theoretical bases that discussed in the literature review, the current situations that surveyed by questionnaires, the cases that viewed by interviews, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, which analyses the origin, significance, purpose and research methods of this study. And it also identifies some related conceptions. Combines with the questionnaires and interviews that have done, the second part shows those situations and existed problems about the principal’ instructional leadership in the primary and secondary schools in Gcounty, Gan Su province. At the same time, this part analyses those problems and give a discussion about those situations. The third part analyses the factors that affect the principals’ instructional leadership in the primary and secondary schools in G county, Gan Su province. According to the survey showed in the second part and the factors analyzed in the third part, the last pate gives some suggestions and countermeasures for the improvement of the president’s instructional leadership from the aspects of the “principal itself” and “external environment”.
