改革开放30年来我国中小学校长培训研究

摘要:培训是中小学校长专业发展的主要方式,紧抓中小学校长队伍的培训,最大限度地追求培训的实效性,是提高中小学校长素质的关键所在。经过近几十年的努力,我国的中小学校长培训发展迅速,无论是相关制度的建设还是培训实践与培训理论的研究等方面都成绩卓著,形成了较为健全的培训体系,在培训基地、培训师资以及培训课程等方面的建设上都有了长足的发展,令人称道,但问题尤存。

本文主要从培训价值观、管理制度、培训实践、培训评价及培训理论研究等方面分析存在的问题与不足。论文主要采用文献研究、历史考察和比较研究等方法,通过回顾改革开放30年来我国中小学校长培训的发展历程,描述了取得的主要成就,着重指出并分析了影响培训实效性和阻碍培训工作发展的各方面因素,并参考美、英中小学校长培训发展的相关经验和启示,立足于推进当前教育改革与素质教育深入发展的视角,提出了加快今后校长培训工作发展的对策与建议,主要包括:调整培训价值观,更新培训理念;创新培训管理体系,加强培训管理制度建设;创新培训实践,完善和优化培训体系;制定和完善培训标准及评估标准;重视并加强培训的理论研究和加大经费投入力度,保障培训经费使用的有效性。

总结:1、本文首先界定了与中小学校长培训相关的概念并简要介绍了本研究借用的理论原理,接着描述了我国中小学校长培训工作的发展阶段,论述了我国中小学校长培训工作取得的主要成就和存在的主要问题。

2、第二部分大概介绍了美、英发达国家在中小学校长培训方面的现状,并分析其给我们的启示。

3、文章最后,对今后如何推进我国中小学校长培训快速发展提出了对策与建议,主张首先要调整培训价值观,更新并落实先进校长培训理念;创新校长培训管理体系,加强对培训工作的管理;创新校长培训实践,完善和优化培训体系;制定和完善中小学校长培训标准及评估标准;重视中小学校长培训的理论研究等。

Abstract: Principal training is a main way of improvement for headmasters of elementary and high schools. Therefore, the key to improve the quality of headmasters is to focus on principal training and its maximal effectiveness. After so many years' hardworking, principal training for school headmasters in China develops with high speed, that is, great achievements are made in the aspects of relative system construction, training practice and study of training theory, which lead to the construction of wholesome training system, training base, training qualified teachers and training curriculums and their rapid development. All this is obvious and meritorious however, it also has some shortcomings. In this paper it is to analyze the problems and shortcomings in training value, administrative systems, training practices, training evaluation and training theory of principal training. Based on the methods of literature review, historically investigation and comparative study, it is firstly to retrospect the development history of principal training for school headmasters in past 30 years, describe the main achievements in the process, emphatically point out and analyze the factors which influence and hinder the effectiveness and further development of principal training. Then it is to, according to the relative experience and enlightenment of principal training in America and Britain, and with the need of contemporary educational reform and quality-oriented education put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further fastening the development of principal training. The measures and suggestions are: adjust training value, refresh and fulfill the idea of principal training innovate administrative  system  of  principal  training, enhance administrative systems, renew training practice, perfect and optimize training system, establish and perfect training criteria and evaluation standard, pay enough attention to and enhance the theoretical study or principal training, increase the fund input in it and guarantee the effectiveness of fund expenditure in the process.
