广西中学校长培训模式的研究
摘要:广西是一个经济欠发达、教育较落后的民族自治区,在民族地区具有代表性。本课题试图通过对广西中学校长培训模式的研究,探讨出适应现代校长培训要求的具有地方性、民族性、前瞻性、时代性和有效性的模式体系,为广西教育行政部门和校长培训机构培训工作提供参考性建议,为实施广西“科教兴桂”战略尽些微薄之力。
本课题就性质而言属应用研究,主要采用调查研究、经验总结、文献资料等方法。
培训模式是中学校长培训体系的核心部分,也是培训能否取得成效的关键。当前和今后一个时期将是我国经济社会发展非常关键的时期,也是教育改革和发展的重要时期。广西中学校长培训经“八五”、“九五”十年的努力,取得了不小成绩,但根据终身教育、素质教育的要求,随着知识经济的到来,教育的发展和校长素质的不断提升,原来的校长培训模式己落后于形势发展要求,在培训管理、培训教学、培训课程、师资队伍、培训评估等方面明显滞后,这些问题严重影响
到培训的成效、校长素质的提高以及素质教育的实施。根据广西的民族性、地方性、欠发达性、教育发展的不平衡性以及校长成长的规律,针对以上旧模式存在的弊端,就广西中学校长培训模式问题,本人进行了以下的探讨。
首先对中学校长培训模式进行界说,从理论层面上,对中学校长培训模式的概念、特征、结构、类型进行了界说;再从实践层面对国内外中学校长培训模式的进行比较,使感性认识与理性认识相结合。第二部分分析广西中学校长培训的历史和当前形势,从中掌握广西中学校长培训的情况和规律,明确中学校长培训的方向。根据以上情况、规律及发展趋势,第三部分提出了广西中学校长培训模式构建的内涵。第四部分提出构建的具体建议。从校长培训的管理、教学、目
标、课程、师资队伍建设和培训评估等方面去构建:在管理上,“计划”与“需求”相结合;在教学上,以教学实践活动为中心的多维教学模式;在课程上,以提高校长综合素质为核心的集群组合式课程;师资建设上,专兼结合、科研促进、强化培训;培训评估效益化等,从而构成了符合广西实际的中学校长培训模式体系。

Abstract: Being a minority ethnic region with its economy and education underdeveloped, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region stands for the minority ethnic regions. This project intends to discover system of effective model to fit the demand of modern schoolmasters training, which connects to the endemicity, nationalism and reflects the predictability, the character of era in order to oiler constructive proposals to the training program for Guangxi Education Administration Department and school masters training units, to contribute to the strategy of “Prospering Guangxi through Promoting Education".
By nature, this project belongs to application research which involves means of investigation, experience summary and records.
Training model is the core of training system for the schoolmaster. It is also decisive in the training program.
From the present till a certain period, it will be important stage of development in national social economy, as well as the education reform and the development. Owing to the effort of last two decades, the training for middle school masters in Guangxi has got achievement. However, according to requirements of the lifetime education and quality education, also with the coming of knowledge economy and the development of education and the promotion of the competence of the school masters, the old training patterns fall behind the present situation. Obviously the administration, instruction, curriculum and evaluation of the training, and its faculty do not match with the situation. They severely influence the effect of the training, the promotion of the quality of the schoolmasters and the practice of quality education. In view of the nationality, endemicity, the underdevelopment and the unbalance of education, and the growth regularity of schoolmasters, the project discusses the disadvantages of the old pattern for middle schoolmasters in Guangxi and intends to explore potential models for the training.
The first section of the project tries to define the pattern, the concept, the characteristics, the structure and the styles of the schoolmasters training in terms of theory. Then, through the analysis of the experiences it compares the domestic models of the training so as to combine the perceptual knowledge with rational knowledge. The second section analyses the history of training of Guangxi schoolmasters and the present situation in order to gather relevant information and recognize the regulation so as to identify the direction of the training. Based on the above situation, regulation and the tendency, the third section puts forward construction connotations for the training model. The fourth section raises constructive proposals: that is to establish training models based on the administration, instruction, goals curriculum, the faculty training evaluation. In administration, to combine the schedule with the demand .In instruction, to adapt the multidimensional instruction models focusing on the practical instruction and experience. In curriculum to start the massive cooperative curriculum, aiming at improving the comprehensive quality of the trainees. For the instructors, to form teams with staff of full-time with part-time work together. As a result, a system of training model suitable for the schoolmasters in Guangxi will come into being.
