基于网络教育环境下对现代中小学校长培训模式的研究
摘要:随着现代信息技术的迅猛发展,网络教育己成为国际终身教育的首选。现代化的网络平台,为实施中小学校长网络培训开辟了广阔前景,并将引起培训方式的转型。网络培训是中小学校长培训方式的发展趋势所在,将逐步成为中小学校长的主要培训方式。从建构主义所提出的高级学习看,校长的学习主要是建构的学习、概念的学习、复杂情景的应用学习等。从成人学习的角度看,校长学习主要是紧密联系当前管理工作需要的学习、以实践经验为资源的学习、以解决问题为中心的学习等。从工作的知识、能力结构上看,校长的学习主要是有助于解决实际问题的理论知识的学习、实际管理能力的学习和案例学习等。从实践性质上看,校长的学习主要是校长工作的决策与反思性质所带来的学习,如经验学习、合作学习等。运用网络教育的理念、技术和工具开展中小学校长培训不仅可以构造一个积累、应用、共享、交流和创新知识的支撑平台,而且可以构造一个能够满足自主学习、协作学习的建构主义学习环境,还能够在一定程度上满足校
长的个性化学习需求,全文共分五个部分:
第一部分:引言。分析了本题目的研究背景、现状、目的、意义和内容。
第二部分:网格教育的基本理论。从网络教育的定义说起,详细阐述了网络教育环境下教学模式的归类、网络教育的特点、类型与学习方法。
第三部分:网络教育与现代中小学校长培训。分析了开展现代中小学校长培训的意义;当前中小学校长培训的现状、模式、评价;现代中小学校长培训的特点;在网络教育环境下开展校长培训的背景及、优势及具体表现。
第四部分:在网络教育环境下开展中小学校长培训的具体设计。在行为主义理论、认知主义学习理论、建构主义学习理论的指导下,阐述了在网络教育环境下开展校长培训的原则、设计了具体策略,指出了网络教育环境下校长应树立的理念、培训目标及课程开发的全过程,并概述了新模式的管理模块、下一步开展培训应关注的方面和涉及的计算机技术。
第五部分:结论。总结全文,提出未来的研究方向。
