基于网络教育环境下对现代中小学校长培训模式的研究

摘要：随着现代信息技术的迅猛发展，网络教育己成为国际终身教育的首选。现代化的网络平台，为实施中小学校长网络培训开辟了广阔前景，并将引起培训方式的转型。网络培训是中小学校长培训方式的发展趋势所在，将逐步成为中小学校长的主要培训方式。从建构主义所提出的高级学习看，校长的学习主要是建构的学习、概念的学习、复杂情景的应用学习等。从成人学习的角度看，校长学习主要是紧密联系当前管理工作需要的学习、以实践经验为资源的学习、以解决问题为中心的学习等。从工作的知识、能力结构上看，校长的学习主要是有助于解决实际问题的理论知识的学习、实际管理能力的学习和案例学习等。从实践性质上看，校长的学习主要是校长工作的决策与反思性质所带来的学习，如经验学习、合作学习等。运用网络教育的理念、技术和工具开展中小学校长培训不仅可以构造一个积累、应用、共享、交流和创新知识的支撑平台，而且可以构造一个能够满足自主学习、协作学习的建构主义学习环境，还能够在一定程度上满足校

长的个性化学习需求，全文共分五个部分：

    第一部分：引言。分析了本题目的研究背景、现状、目的、意义和内容。

    第二部分：网格教育的基本理论。从网络教育的定义说起，详细阐述了网络教育环境下教学模式的归类、网络教育的特点、类型与学习方法。

    第三部分：网络教育与现代中小学校长培训。分析了开展现代中小学校长培训的意义;当前中小学校长培训的现状、模式、评价;现代中小学校长培训的特点;在网络教育环境下开展校长培训的背景及、优势及具体表现。

    第四部分：在网络教育环境下开展中小学校长培训的具体设计。在行为主义理论、认知主义学习理论、建构主义学习理论的指导下，阐述了在网络教育环境下开展校长培训的原则、设计了具体策略，指出了网络教育环境下校长应树立的理念、培训目标及课程开发的全过程，并概述了新模式的管理模块、下一步开展培训应关注的方面和涉及的计算机技术。

第五部分：结论。总结全文，提出未来的研究方向。

The network training is the development trend place that the principal trains the way, will become main training method of the principal gradually. High class put forward from the construction or purchase doctrine the study see, the president's study is mainly applied study etc. of the study, complicated scene of the study, concept of the construction or purchase. From become the angle that person study to see, president the study mainly is close to contact the study that current management work need, with practice experience for the resources study and take solve problem as center of study etc. See up from the knowledge, the ability structure of the work, the president's study is mainly the study and a study of case etc. of the study, actual management ability of the theories knowledge that contributes to resolving the actual problem.
