教育家型校长培训策略研究

摘要:随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》的颁布与实施,人们对教育家型校长的呼声越来越高。要想遵循教育规律、提高教育质量,实现校长专业化发展,必须培养和造就一批教育家型校长,这不仅应该受到党和国家的重视,也应该受到社会各界的广泛关注。

本研究在采用文献分析法的基础上,运用访谈、问卷调查等具体方法收集并

分析当前教育家型校长的特征及成长规律,得出结论,最后提出塑造教育家型校长的具体培训策略,以期望能够积极有效地促进教育家型校长的成长,加强我国中小学校长队伍的建设,提高我国教育质量。

    全文共分为四部分:

    第一部分为引言。主要包括问题提出、研究意义、研究现状、研究方法。

    第二部分主要为教育家型校长的解读。包括教育家型校长的提出、教育家型

校长的涵义、教育家型校长的特征、教育家与校长的关系以及提出教育家型校长

的意义。

    第三部分为教育家型校长成长规律的探索。通过文献整理、校长访谈,分析中小学校长的成长过程和特点,得出教育家型校长成长规律的结论。

第四部分为塑造教育家型校长的具体培训策略。结合教育家型校长的特点,总结出塑造教育家型校长需要努力的方向,在分析当前校长培训中取得的成就与出现的不足的基础上,对教育家型校长的培训提出合理化策略。

总结:1、本文主要可以分为四个部分,第一个部分对文章的问题进行了分析与提出,并简要阐述了文章的研究意义、研究现状、研究方法。

2、第二部分主要对教育家型校长进行了解读,包括其含义、特征等,并梳理了教育家与校长之间的关系,以及分点论述了教育家型校长的意义。

3、第三个部分则通过文献整理、校长访谈,分析中小学校长的成长过程和特点,得出教育家型校长成长规律的结论。

4第四部分结合教育家型校长的特点,总结出塑造教育家型校长需要努力的方向,在分析当前校长培训中取得的成就与出现的不足的基础上,对教育家型校长的培训提出合理化策略。

Abstract: With the promulgation and implementation of <National long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)>, the voice of the people on educators governance schools are increasingly high. Promotion of educators to run schools, to train and bring up a numbers of outstanding educator principals, it's not only the requirements of the Party and state leaders, it's the call of the times and social expectations; it's not only the inherent requirement to follow the law of education, it's the principals' professional development objectives and the pursuit.

This study used a literature analysis, and on this basis, the use of interviews, the questionnaires and other specific methods, collect and analyze the characteristics and

growth pattern of the current educator principalsconcluded. Finally, draw the shape

of the principals of the educator type specific training strategies. Look forward to actively and effectively promoting the principals of educators growth, strengthen the construction of China's primary and middle school team.

    The full text is divided into four chapters:

    The first part is an introduction. Including the question, significance, research status, and research methods.

    The second part is the interpretation of the educator-type principals .Including educators principals suggested the educator principals, meaning of the educator

Headmasters, the principal characteristics of the educator typethe relationship between the educator and principal and the significance of educator Headmasters.

    The third part is the exploration of the educator type principals of the law of growth. Through the literature and the principal interviews, analysis of the growth process and characteristic of the primary and secondary school principals, draw the educator type principals law of growth.

    The fourth part is the specific training strategies for shaping the type of educator principals. Combine the characteristics of the educator Headmasters, summed up the shape educators principals need to work on, on the basis of being analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the principal training, proposed rationalization strategy on the training of Educator-type principal.
