宁波市中小学校长培训实效性研究

摘要:一所学校办学能否取得成功,关键取决于校长能否对学校的各项事务进行有效领导和管理。深层次而言,一位中小学校长能否对学校进行有效领导和管理,又主要取决于中小学校长的各项素质和能力能否基于实际办学需求并加以转变和提升。而目前中小学校长队伍各项素质和能力获得提高的主要途径是中小学校长培训,因此,进一步加强中小学校长培训工作,提高中小学校长培训的实效性,是提升学校办学水平,深化新时期基础教育改革的一项重大战略。

    本研究以宁波市参加“领雁工程”培训的部分中小学校长为研究对象,调

查了中小学校长对当前培训的基本认知情况。以此为基础,笔者从培训目标、

培训课程、培训模式、培训管理四个方面提出了提高中小学校长培训实效性的

对策。全文共分为五个主要部分:

    第一部分,论文从当前的研究背景出发,阐明了本研究的目的和意义,并

对国内外有关校长培训研究成果进行了综述。

    第二部分,论文首先从效能、效率和参与三个维度对中小学校长培训实效

性的内涵进行了详尽的解读;其次确定了影响培训实效性的四个因素,即培训

目标、培训课程、培训模式和培训管理。该部分意在表明本研究所依据的主要

理论基础,为下一步的调查分析架构清晰的理论框架。

    第三部分,论文从培训目标、培训课程、培训模式、培训管理四个方面对

调查数据进行了系统的统计分析,进一步理清了当下宁波市中小学校长培训实

效性的现状以及存在的突出问题,为有针对性的提出对策奠定了基础。

    第四部分,从四个方面提出了提高中小学校长培训实效性的对策。在培训

目标方面提出了培训目标要逐层逐类分解、要按校长专业标准细化、要与个体

目标融合的三大策略;在培训课程方面提出了培训课程需求评估策略、课程实施中的构建学习策略两大策略;在培训模式方面提出了多元化策略;在培训管理方面提出了完善评价机制和构建长效管理机制策略。

    第五部分,对研究进行了反思,指出在这整个研究过程中存在的不足,并

就其中的不足,对后续研究进行了展望。

Abstract: The success in operating a school depends on the leadship of school principals in the management of school affairs. Furthermore, a second factor that determines the competency in leading school affairs lies in their abilities to put their work on the basis of the actual educational needs and make proper adaptation. At present, a major way to improve the quality and ability of primary and secondary school principals is through training programs. Therefore, to further strengthen the principal training, it is sensible to improve the training effectiveness and to upgrade the school's operating level, which is also a significant strategy in deepening the education reform in the new era.

The research using part of the primary and secondary school principals who took part in the "Lingyan Project" in Ningbo City as a study object, investigates their basic cognition to the current training. On the basis of this, the writer propose a solution in how to improve the middle and primary schoolmasters' training efficiency from the four aspects: training aim, training course, training pattern and training management,  propose a solution in how to improve the middle and primary schoolmasters' training efficiency. Five parts as follows:

The first part of the thesis starting from the current research background to clarify the purpose and significance of this study, and training of the principal domestic and foreign research results are reviewed.

The second part, the thesis starting with effectiveness, efficiency and participation in three dimensions on the effectiveness of training for primary and secondary school principals to conduct a detailed interpretation of the connotation; second identified the impact of the training effectiveness of the four factors, namely, training objectives, training courses, training modules and training management. This section is intended to show that the main theoretical basis of the study for establishing a clear framework of further investigation and analysis.

The third part, the thesis analyses the statistical survey data systematically from the training objectives; training courses; training modules; and training management .Then clarify the current situation and problems of training effectiveness existing in the training of primary and secondary school principals of Ningbo City, in order to have a solid foundation to propose the countermeasures.

The fourth part is from the four aspects to propose a solution to improve the primary and middle schoolmasters' training efficiency. The writer puts forward three strategies in training aim: classification layer by layer, schoolmasters' professional normalization, integration with the individual aim; puts forward the Needs Evaluation Strategy and Constructive Study Strategy in training course; puts forward the diverse strategy in training pattern, and put forward the perfect evaluation mechanism and constructive long-effective management mechanism strategy trimming management.

The fifth part is the conclusion. This part points out the limitations of the present study and offers some suggestions for further research.
