农村学校校长远程培训研究
摘要:农村学校校长是农村学校发展的关键。通过培训来提高农村学校校的素质已成为一项经常性的教育活动。随着时代的发展,社会的进步,农村学校校长培训的理念、培训的内容、培训的方式也不断在改变。在现代信息技术日益发展、知识经济己经到来的今天,由于知识更新加快,培训人员增多,培训规模扩大,远程培训的方式越来越受到农村学校校长培训主管单位—教育行政部门的重视。远程培训方式给农村学校校长培训带来新的生机的同时也出现这样那样的问题,诸如,网上学习时间不够、网上互动少、上交作业只重数量不重质量、课程缺乏针对性、远程管理难等等问题。因此,需要对农村学校校长远程培训做进一步研究,总结其原因、找出其规律,以便更好地指导农村学校校长远程培训实践。
农村学校校长远程培训才刚刚起步,在此方面的理论还很欠缺。论文试图运用人力资本培训理论、远程教育理论,借助文献研究法、比较研究法、经验总结法等,对己有的文献进行认真分析、比较和对自己参与中西部万名农村寄宿制学校校长远程专题培训实践的经验进行总结,来探索农村学校校长远程培训的规律,为农村学校校长远程培训理论建设提供一定参考。在研究的基础上,提出农村学校校长远程培训是在现代远程教育发展的背景下形成的并把形成过程分作三个阶段;接着探讨了农村学校校长远程培训的四个功能:促进学校发展、提高校长素质和生活质量、实现校长培训公平、节约培训成本和解决工学矛盾;在分析农村学校校长远程培训现状(流程、特点、存在的问题、制约的因素)的基础上,提出提高农村学校校长远程培训实效的五个方面对策:一是转变培训观念;二完善培训课程;三是改革培训方法;四是改善培训条件;五是加强培训管理。

总结:1、本文主要可以大致分为四个部分。第一部分简要介绍了选题背景、概念界定、研究动态、研究价值、研究思路和方法等内容。
2、第二部分介绍了农村学校校长远程培训的形成背景:(1)现代远程教育的普及使校长远程培训成为可能;(2)现代远程教育培训为缓解校长培训工学矛盾提供了帮助。同时,表述了农村学校校长远程培训的促进农村学校的发展、提高农村学校校长的素质和生活质量、实现校长培训公平等功能。
3、第三部分简要介绍了农村学校校长远程培训的流程,具体包括制定培训计划、建立组织机构、合理安排人员、组织网上学习以及总结交流成果。同时,阐述了农村学校校长远程培训指令性、开放性、灵活性等特点以及农村学校校长远程培训存在的若干问题。
4、第四部分提出提高农村学校校长远程培训实效的对策,具体包括:(1)转变培训观念;(2)完善培训课程;(3)改革培训方法;(4)改善培训条件;(5)加强培训管理。
Abstract: The principals of rural schools play the important role in the development of rural schools. It has become a regular educational activity to improve the quality of rural school principals though training. With the development of society, the concept and content, method of training of rural school principals have been changing. With the increasing development of modern information technology, therefore the knowledge update quickly. Due to the increasing number and scale of training, the administrative departments of education, the chief departments of principals training of rural schools, pay much attention to the method of training. Distance training brought new vital force for the training of rural school principals, but also created its own problems, such as the lack of time online learning, less online interactive, low quality homework, uncertain index of program, he lack of specific programs, the difficulty of long-distance management and so on. Therefore, in order to guide the practice of distance training of rural school principals, we need to go in for further studies in distance training of rural school principals, to sum up the reasons and find out the rules.
Distance training of rural school principals only just started, the theory in this area is still lacking. This paper attempts to analyze the existing literature with human capital training theory, distance education theory, the literature research,仙e comparative study and experience summarization, and to sum up the practical experience in distance principals training of rural boarding schools in Midwest. It is tried in this paper to provide some rules as the guidance for practical activities. The following context are discussed in this dissertation, firstly, the training of rural school principals developed at the background of the development of modern distance education, and it can be divided into three stages; secondly, to explore the four functions of it: to promote school development, to improve the quality of principals and quality of life, and to achieve a fair principal training, saving training costs and solve contradictions of work and learning; thirdly, based on the analysis of distance training status of rural school principals (processes, characteristics, problems, constraints of the factors), this paper gives suggestions to improve effectiveness of distance training of rural school principals in the five aspects: the change of training concepts; complete training courses; reform the training methods; improve training conditions and strengthen the training of management.
