陈华癸教育思想研究

摘要:陈华癸是我国优秀的教育家和著名的微生物学家,他丰富的教育思想见之于他一生的教育实践和办学实践中。但对这样有着丰富教育思想的学术大师、著名的教育家,其教育思想目前国内外尚未见有学者进行系统的总结和研究。本研究通过系统总结和发掘先生的教育思想,一是缅怀陈先生为我国高等农业教育和科技事业及华中农业大学的发展做出的卓越贡献;二是指导高等农业教育的办学实践,特别是为华中农业大学的发展提供有益的指导。

本研究主要采用文献研究法和访谈法相结合。由于对陈华癸先生教育思想研究的资料几乎没有,所以本研究借助了大量的访谈资料。本研究运用开放式的谈话方法,收集重要的口传史料,获得研究的重要史实。访谈的对象主要是先生的家人、弟子、同事等,总共访谈28位教师。本研究在这些文献资料和口述史料的基础上,从办学观、教育观、人才观、教学观、管理观这五个方面归纳、梳理先生的教育思想体系。

本文分为五个部分。第一部分是导言,主要介绍了本研究的背景,研究的目的和意义,研究的主要内容和方法,对研究做了文献综述,并对本研究的核心概念做了界定。第二部分,阐述了陈华癸的生平、科研经历及科研成就。第三部分是本文的核心内容,详细阐述陈华癸的教育思想,主要从五个不同的方面展现先生的教育思想体系及内容。第四部分,陈华癸教育思想的启示,从他的教育思想整体出发得出五点启示。第五部分结语。

总结:1、本文可以分为五个部分。第一个部分是引言,主要是概述了文章的研究背景、研究的目的和意义以及研究内容和方法,并对国内外的研究状况进行说明。

2、第二部分则是阐述了生平和其科研经历、考研成就。第三部分则是重点介绍了陈华癸先生的教育思想,其中包括:(1)服务农业,现代开放的办学观;(2)农理结合,授人以渔的教育观;(3)重视青年,培养团队的人才观;(4)教学相长,因材施教的教学观;(5)调整布局,服务教师的管理观。

3、第四部分阐述了从陈华癸的教育思想上,所受到的启示,主要包含以下几个方面:(1)注重发扬理论联系实际的良好学风;(2)加强学科带头人培养,催生高水平的创新团队;(3)宽基础,完善知行合一的培养体系;(4)尊师爱生,构建和谐的师生关系;(5)创造教学科研互促共进的良好氛围。

4、最后一个部分则是对文章进行了总结,表明本研究借助了大量的访谈资料系统地挖掘和总结他的教育思想。其不仅批判、继承中国传统的教育思想,而且也受欧美思潮的影响,吸纳了国外先进的教育思想。他的教育思想对现在也有着重要意义。

Abstract: Chen Hua kui was our country’s outstanding educationist and famous micro-biologist. His educational thought was indicated in his educational practice of all his life and run a school in practice. But to the academic master and famous educationist who has abundant educational thought like this, few of scholars go on the systematic summary and study of his educational thought both at home and abroad at present. Through summarizing and exploring Chen’s educational thought in this paper on the one hand, We can recall and cherish Mr. Chen's remarkable contribution to high agricultural education and scientific and technological cause and Huazhong agricultural university development. On the one hand, His educational thought can provide practical experience of running a school of instructing high agriculture education, especially offer beneficial reference for development of the Huazhong agricultural university.

Research methods applied in this paper is mainly a combination of document research and interview method. This research uses the open talk method, collect the important unwritten historical data, important historical facts studied. Chen' household, disciple, colleague etc. altogether 28 teachers attend the interview. Through Consulting and collecting evidence from various fields materials, we find there is no any materials t0 study Chen’s educational thought, so this research has drawn support from a large number of interview materials.

This paper divides into five sections. Section one is the introduction, introducing background of research, the purpose and meaning studies, the main content and method studied, doing the survey of the document, defining a piece of key concepts of research. Section two is about his research career and achievements. Section three is the core content, researching educational thought and practice from five different aspects to construct his educational thought system. Section four is enlightenments, putting forward for five enlightenments from his educational thought. Section five is conclusion of thesis
