胡适的一流大学梦
摘要:胡适是我国现代学术教育界的领袖人物,在中国创建世界第一流的大学是其一生的梦想。胡适通过对国内外的考察与现实分析,以实用主义观、教育救国观、教育独立观为理论基础的《非留学篇》、《争取学术独立的十年计划》、《五年计划的纲要》等著述中凝聚了建立一流大学的目的、方法、关键等一系列富于远见的思想,充分反映出他对创建一流大学的终生提倡和一以贯之的深刻见解。
胡适不但有较为系统的一流大学思想,更是将其付诸实践,他对中国的一流大学建设,做出了不可磨灭的贡献。他以自己设计的宏伟蓝图为指导,孜孜不舍地拼搏,自北大教授到文学院长,自中公校长到北大校长,自中央研究院院士到台湾研究院院长,他无不是为了一流大学的梦想矢志不渝。他一生都想做中国的吉尔曼,为中国开创大学化时代,为中国建设世界一流的大学、一流的研究院,为中国培养拔尖人才,为中国的学术在世界潮流中争得一席之位而弹精竭虑。
胡适作为一个为了梦想而终生努力拼搏的国人导师,直接影响了时代精神和民族灵魂的觉醒,掀起了国人的一流大学热,今天所提出的“建设世界一流大学和高水平大学”与胡适的一流大学梦是一脉相承的。因此探究与评析胡适的一流大学梦具有重要的启示意义。

Abstract: HuShi is the leader of modern academic education in our country, and his lifelong dream is to create a world-class university in China. Through Visits and realistic analysis at home and abroad, his works, such as Non-studying Abroad, Ten-year Program of Striving for Academic Independence and Five-Year Plan Outline and so on, on the theoretical basis of the pragmatism view, the national salvation concept and the independent educational philosophy. These works are the combination of purposes, methods, the key and a series of visionary ideas to establish the first-class university, and fully reflects his life-long advocate for creating a first-class universities and a consistent of insight.
HuShi not only has a systematic thinking of leading universities, but also puts it into practice. He has made an indelible contribution to the development of China's leading university. With the guide of his own designed Grand blueprint and arduous efforts, from Peking University professor to dean of literature, from the public school principals to the president of Peking University, from Central Institute academician to dean of Taiwan Research Institute, Hu Shi's dream of first-class university is unshaken. He wants to be Chinese Gilman all his life, to create a college age, to build the first-class universities of the world and the first-class Research Institute in China. He racked his brain in order to gain a seat on the world trend for Chinese academic.
HuShi, as a mentor who has work hard all his life for a dream directly affects the spirit of the times and national awakening of the soul, has set off compatriots the heat of first-class universities. Today, what we suggested that "building the first-class universities of the world and high-level University" is the same strain with HuShi's first-class universities dream. Therefore, it has important implications for exploration and Analysis of HuShi's first-class universities dream.
