华侨办学典范——陈嘉庚与集美学村研究

摘要：本文研究的目的是全面输理陈嘉庚创办集美学村的发展历程、颂扬陈嘉庚的爱国热情及分析集美学村办学特色的时代意义和对当代教育的影响。主要采用文献法、调查访谈法等研究方法，从历史的角度来探讨集美学村的发展，进而使人们了解陈嘉庚的教育思想及特色。

陈嘉庚是一位伟大的教育家、爱国主义者及华侨社会的杰出领袖，他一生创办了许多学校，本文主要是阐述其创办集美学村的发展历程，1912年，陈嘉庚怀着回乡兴学培养人才的愿望，开始创办集美学村，他独资支持集美学村37年，即使在困难的时候也没有放弃，经过几十年的发展，集美学村成为了一个闻名于世的学村。在此基础上，分析了陈嘉庚创办集美学村所形成的办学特色：在教育教学上，重视职业教育，开创各类专科学校；重视学生全面发展，提倡德智体群美五育并进；重视华侨子弟的教育；在教育管理上，他重视校长的选择，强调学校校风、学风的发展，学校建筑等等。结合民国时代背景及当前教育发展情况，本文又着重探讨了集美学村各方面办学特色对当时社会发展的影响及对我国现代教育发展特别是华侨回国办学的深刻意义。

在大力兴办教育的今天，笔者希望陈嘉庚创办集美学村的实践和思想能为当前教育的发展和改革提供有益的借鉴和启示。

总结：1、本文主要可以分为四个部分。第一个部分是绪论，主要是介绍本篇论文选题的目的、选题的意义、国内外相关研究的文献综述、研究思路和方法等几方面的内容。

2、第二部分的重点在于集美学村发展历程。其以时间为线索分别论述了十年内战时期、抗战时期及解放后三个阶段集美学村各方面的发展。在这其中既有在内战、抗日国家困难时期都碰到了许多问题，又有解放后在文化大革命中面对的困境，直至发展成今日的集美大学。

3、第三部分陈嘉庚创办集美学村的特色及影响。这个部分是在第二章的基础上全面挖掘集美学村形成的办学特色，主要是从教育教学和教育管理两方面来阐释集美学村的办学特色。在这其中主要探讨陈嘉庚创办集美学村在当时国家、社会所产生的影响以及对当代教育的发展的重要意义。

4、第四部分则是一个总结，对整个研究作了总体性的回顾与总结。

Abstract: The purpose of the present of this article is to illustrate the development of establishing Jimei Academic Village overall and to apotheosis the passion of patriotic of Chen Jiageng, besides to analyses the significance and meaning of the characteristics of education of Ji mei Academic Village. The author once entered the sites and discussed the development of Jimei Academic Village, with the research method of literature, investigation in the perspective of history. Therefore, people can be well informed of the educational thoughts of Mr Chen Jiageng.

Mr. Chen Jiageng is a great educator, patriot and outstanding leader among overseas Chinese．He established many educational institutions．The dissertation mainly illustrates the development of establishing Jimei Academic Village. In1912, Mr. Chen Jiageng began to set up Jimei Academic Village with the hope of returning to the hometown and cultivating the talents. He sole funded Jimei Academic Village for 37 years, and did not give up even in the most difficult time. After decades of development, Jimei Academic Village has become a well-known academic village. On the basis of it ,the at tide analyses the characteristics of education of Ji mei Academic Village：attaching great importance to vocational education, setting up many kinds of technical schools; paying more attention to improve students different abilities with all-rounded development in ethics ,intellect ,physique, social skills and aesthetics; taking Overseas Chinese Education seriously; he treasured the choose of the headmaster, emphasized the development of atmosphere of school and study on the Education Management. With the background of the Republic of China and the development of the contemporary education, the article also discusses the significance and meaning.

    Nowadays, with the reform of education, the researcher hope the practice of creating Ji Mei Academic Village and the thoughts of Mr. Chen Jiageng Can provide the useful reflects for the contemporary educational development and reform.
