中学教师的学生学业乐观感: 影响因素研究

摘要:通过小样本访谈和开放式问卷对广州地区 20 名中学教师进行影响因素调查,据此形成初步的访谈提纲,共包括个人、学生、家长、学校以及社会五个因素。再以访谈调查法和观察法为主,有针对性地选取广东潮州市 6 所中学各 6 名教师进行深度访谈后,经细致研究后形成教师的学生学业乐观感的影响因素模型。其中,内在影响因素为主体属性、职业观和客体属性,外在影响因素为主体环境和教育现实。本文根据研究结果对学校管理者、教师本人以及社会提出了相关的建议。

总结:影响我国中学教师的学生学业乐观感因素主要有,主体属性、职业观、客体属性、主体环境以及教育现实五个方面。根据研究结论,笔者提出以下几点管理建议:
(1)对学校管理者的建议: 加强教师心理健康教育、开展家长心理教育、创建良好的学校氛围、树立以人为本的管理理念、建立健全激励机制、改革学校评价体系等;
(2)对教师的建议: 增强体质、强化自身专业发展以及树立正确的学生观等;
(3)对社会的建议: 提高教师的社会地位和增强教师的公共信任度。
The Influence Study of Teachers’Sense of Academic Optimism in
Middle School

Abstract:This paper is to explore the influencing factors of teacher’s sense of academic optimism ( TSAO) . First ,The author selected two middle school teachers of Guangzhou into the interview and another 20 ones to fill in the ended questionnaires in order to design the interview outline which includes personal factor,student factor,parent factor,school factor and social factor. Then the author had interviewed on another 6 middle school teachers who come from Chaozhou city in Guangdong Province. During which the author observed what they expressed and made notes. Finally,the model of influencing factors was brought up by material analysis such as logging in,coding and classification. TSAO is influenced by teacher quality,professional ideology,student and parent quality which belong to inside factors,and teacher situation and social reality which belong to outside factors. Based on the findings above,suggestions for administration for school leaders,teachers and society are presented in the end of the paper.

Summary:The main factors influencing teachers’ sense of academic optimism are teacher quality, professional ideology, student and parent quality, teacher situation and social reality. According to the conclusions, the author provide several suggestions on management:
(1)To school managers: they should strengthen psychology health education for teachers, locate psychology education for parents, create a good atmosphere on campus, set people-oriented management philosophy, establish and improve incentives and reform school evaluation system.
(2)To teachers: they should enhance their physical fitness, strengthen their own professional development and establish a correct outlook on students.
(3)To the society: it should improve teacher’s social status and enhance public trust on teachers.
