吴玉章高等教育思想研究

摘要：吴玉章(1878--1966)，我国老一辈无产阶级革命教育家，新中国高等教育的开拓者，其一生是革命的一生，也是教育的一生。他先后担任了成都高等师范学校、延安鲁迅艺术学院、延安大学和华北大学的校长，新中国成立后，又成为了中国人民大学的第一任校长，他在长期的教育实践活动中不断总结办学经验，深入探索我国无产阶级的教育理论，形成了为中国政治经济服务的办学观、高水平的教师是大学办学之本的师资观、培养又红又专人才的人才培养观和宽严结合的高校管理观等深刻、独特的高等教育思想。研究吴玉章的高等教育思想不仅有益于深化我国近现代高等教育史的研究，而且可以为当前我国高等教育的改革和发展提供有益的借鉴和启示。

总结：1、全文共分为五个部分。第一部分是导论，主要介绍了本论文的选题缘由、研究意义、文献综述和研究方法.

2、第二部分主要分析了吴玉章高等教育思想形成的背景和三个不同的发展阶段，主要从社会背景、个人生活经历和教育实践等方面进行分析，为全面了解吴玉章的高等教育思想奠定基础。

3、第三部分主要是全面梳理和分析吴玉章的高等教育思想内容，包括高校与社会政治经济关系、高校师资、高校人才培养内容与方法、高校管理等方面的思想观点。

4、第四部分主要是对吴玉章的高等教育思想进行实事求是的客观评价，并在此基础上总结出对我国高等教育有益的几点启示。最后一部分是结语，对全文进行概括总结。

Abstract: WuYuzhang(1878·1966)was a proletarian revolution educator of modem times, a pioneer of higher education in new China. He was engaged both in revolution and education all his life .Once he successively took charge of Chengdu Normal University, Academy of Fine Arts, Yanan University and Huabei University as president. After new China was established, he became Renmin University of China’s first president. During his long higher education practice, he established his profound and ordinal view on lighter education, including his school-running thoughts that run schools for politics and economy, viewpoints on teachers that teachers are basis of a school, training-students thoughts that cultivate students with high political thoughts and good specialty and the thoughts of school management that manage school loosely and smelt properly by constantly summarizing experience and researching proletarian education theory. Studying Wu Yuzhang’ higher education thoughts, not only call be beneficial to deepen orb research of the history of our country’s higher education, but also Can provide some valuable references for the development of the modern higher education in our country.
