张謇办学思想研究

摘要:张謇是清末民初著名的实业家、教育家,是我国近代教育事业的开拓者和奠基人之一,他所创办的教育事业令当时任何一位教育家都望其项背,且许多建树在我国教育史上都独领风骚,推进了南通乃至整个中国教育的现代化进程。他的教育思想是在批判古代传统教育思想、继承维新思想和吸收当时世界先进教育思想的基础上提出,并在其教育实践进程中逐步形成和完善起来的。

张謇主要是以一位教育实践家而著称于世的,他创办了规模庞大的教育机构,涵盖普通教育、师范教育、高等教育、实业教育,以及各种特殊教育和社会教育等机构,为近***实践做出了积极有益的探索。其办学思想具有时代性、进步性、先进性、实践性和可操作性等特征,可以毫不夸张地说,他的关于“实业救国、教育救国”的探索,在近代中国树立了一座丰碑,尤其是他的办学思想,堪称清末民初中国教育思想史上一面绚烂夺目的旗帜。

本文试图对他的办学思想进行多角度、深层次的梳理,以期对当前的办学实践有所启迪和借鉴。

总结:1、全文正文部分大致可以分为四个部分。第一部分主要对张謇办学思想形成的动因进行概述。大体上是从教育因素、政治因素和经济因素三个维度

来进行研究的,这些因素为其以后办学埋下了伏笔。

2、第二部分是重点阐述张謇办学思想的基本内容。张謇认为,“师范是教育之母,办学须从师范始。”其先从其所创办的师范教育着手,主要阐述他在教育经费筹措、教育管理和师资队伍建设等方面一些独到的见解。接着研究他所创建的基础教育,其强调对学制及课程设置等方面进行改革。他还非常重视教育的普及。然后论述他创设的高等教育。而实业教育是张謇教育思想的一大特色,实业为教育筹措资金,教育为实业培养人才,实业与教育相迭为用。

3、第三部分则是围绕张謇办学思想的特点来进行阐述的。主要包括:(1    力争形成完整的办学体系;(2)实业与教育相迭为用;(3)重视学生的全面发展;(4)提倡艰苦勤俭的学风。

4、第四部分是张睿办学思想对当今办学的影响及启示。其中包括职业教育要以德为重、职业教育要以职业技能训练为主以及职业教育发展要注重产学研相结合这三个方面。

Abstract: Zhang Jian, as a famous businessman, educator in Qing dynasty, is one of the pioneers and founders of modern education of our country. The education achievement he made is incomparable by any educator of his time, much of it took the lead in the education history of China, which promote the modernization of Chinese education of Nantong and even China. His educational thoughts was proposed on the basis of criticizing the ancient education thought and inheriting the reform thought since the opium war and absorption of advanced education, and formed gradually in the education process.

Zhang Jian was famous mainly as an educational practitioner, and he founded a large social education institution including general education, normal education, higher education, vocational education and various special educations, which made a beneficial exploration for modem managerial practice. His school-running thought has the characteristics of time, progress, advance, partialness and operability, etc. It is said without any overstating that his exploration about saving the nation by engaging in industry and by education set a rhinestone in modern China, especially his school-running practice was regarded as a brilliant banner in Chinese education and ideology history.

This paper attempts to study his school-canning thoughts from a wide and deep perspective, hoping to offer some enlightenment and reference for the present school-running practices.
