中国校长培训研究二十年:研究数量和主题的变化分析

摘要:校长培训研究是当前国际教育行政管理与领导学领域的新兴焦点。校长培训研究的发展说明学校领导培训及其领导力发展已经逐步从传统的经验总结与师徒传承,走向以知识与理论研究为实践提供更多学术性的总结与指导。本文以1989年至2008年间中国大陆学术期刊所发表的有关中小学校长培训的文章为研究对象,描述了二十年来中国校长培训研究的数量及主题的变化,结合中国校长培训的特点以及国际研究的趋势进行分析,为未来校长培训研究提供参考。

总结:1、1989年我国颁布《关于加强全国中小学校长培训工作的意见》,首次提出校长培训的总体架构,成为中国校长培训发展的里程碑。本文以1989年为时间起点,描述、分析二十年来校长培训研究的数量及主题的变化。
2、关于校长培训的研究主题可分为十六类,包括十一类国外已有项目和五类“中国特色”项目。1989-2008年二十年间论文数量整体呈上升趋势,但校长培训研究每年的绝对数量相当有限,暂时还未形成一个明确而有影响力的研究范畴。
3、论文发表数量最多的三个研究主题为:培训概论、培训层次与类别、培训设计与实施;论文发表数量最少的三个研究主题依次为:辅导与入职、培训者、实地诊断经历。在所有的研究主题中,关于参训学员、培训与校长专业发展、背景、理论设计这四个主题的论文发表数量在1989-2008年间呈现了明显的增长变化。
4、在国外校长培训研究领域所涉及的主题中,我国研究者均有涉及。但从具体的数量比例和变化来看,目前我国校长培训的研究还停留在议题不明确、焦点泛化的评述层面,对校长培训各个主题深入研究的格局尚未形成。

Changes in Themes and Quantifies during 1989-2008

Abstract: Research on principal training is an emergent focus in the field of educational administration and leadership.The development of principal training research illustrates that school leadership training and development has transcended the traditional mode of apprenticeship or learning by experience,and has relied on knowledge and theory to guide the practice.Based on a survey of articles that Were published in journals being incorporated in the database,this paper describes changes in the themes and quantities of research on principal training of primary and secondary school in Mainland China during 1989-2008.It provides an analysis of the characteristics of principal training in Mainland China with regard to international trends which should serve as reference for future studies.

Summary: 1. Opinions on Strengthening of the National School Principals’ Training is published in 1989, which first proposed the overall architecture of principal training and became the milestone of Chinese principal training. Setting 1989 as the starting time, this article describes and analyzes the changes in quantity and themes of principal training research during twenty years.
2. The research themes of principal training could be divided into sixteen categories, including eleven items which already exist abroad and five “China-characterized” items. The number of papers during 1989-2008 has an upward trend as a whole, but the absolute number of principal training research is quite limited and it has not become a clear and influential research area yet.
3. The top three areas of papers are: introduction to training, the levels and classes of training and design and implementation of training; the bottom three areas are: counseling and recruits, the trainers and field clinic experience. Among all the research themes, the numbers changed most largely in trainees, training and professional development of principals, backgrounds and theory design.
4. Our researchers have touched all the themes in principal training research that have been involved in foreign fields. However, taking the specific number percentage and changes into consideration, research of principal training in our country still maintains commentary level which has the problems of uncertain topic and dispersed focus, and the pattern of in-depth study into different themes has not yet been formed.
