 略论我国学校教育中的性别不平等问题

摘 要:在我国学校教育中存在着性别不平等问题,主要表现在教育机会不平等、教育过程不平等、教育结果不平等等方面。通过分析造成这些不平等的原因,提出了制定和完善相关政策、创造相应的社会环境、提高性别理念和意识、改革教育模式与方式、实施课程改革等实现性别公平教育的策略。

关键词: 学校教育;性别不平等;表现;原因;对策

总结:1、学校教育中确实存在因性别差异而带来的教育不公问题,具体表现在教育机会、教育过程和教育结果的不公平等方面。

2、学校教育中性别不平等是以下三大方面综合作用的结果:国家法律本身的不完善、不平等的性别文化以及教育因素的影响。

3、为了减少因性别差异带来的教育不平等现象,我们应该做到:

(1)制定和完善相关教育政策法规;

(2)努力创造性别公平教育的社会环境;

(3)提高教育者的性别公平理念和意识;

(4)改革学校教育管理模式与教学方法;

(5)实施课程改革。

A Brief View on the Problem of Gender Inequality in School Education

Abstract:There exists many gender inequality problems in our school education.They are performing specifically in term of inequality on educational opportunities,educational processes and educational outcomes.By analysing of the reasons about the unequal problems,we provide a series of strategies to accomplish the education of gender equality.The strategies conclude formulating and improving related policies,creating related social environments,increasing gender concept and consciousness,reforming educational modes and methods and implementing curriculum reforms.

Summary:1.There exists educational unequal problems because of gender difference.They are performing specifically in term of inequality on educational opportunities,educational processes and educational outcomes.

2.Gender inequality in school education is the outcome of the combined action of three aspects:the incomplete state’s laws,the unequal culture of gender and the influence of educational factors.

3.To reducing the educational inequality due to the gender difference,we should:

(1)formulate and improve related educational policies and laws;

(2)endeavor to create equal social environments;

(3) increase the educators’ gender concept and consciousness;

(4)reform educational management modes and teaching methods;

(5) implemente curriculum reforms.
