论提升校长领导力的实践途径

摘 要:在认真分析校长领导力的内涵的基础上,理清了校长领导力与学校领导力的关系,认为在学校的日常管理实践中,校长应该在充分运用权力性领导力的基础上融入非权力性领导力,把校长领导力与学校领导力有效结合。指出在实际工作中校长应注意从以下几方面不断地提升校长领导力:审时度势,具有远见卓识;知法懂法,严谨治校;以人为本,适当放权;道德示范,建设学校文化;开拓创新,与时俱进。

On Practical Ways of Enhancing Headmasters’Leadership

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the connotation of headmaster’s leadership, the relationship of leadership
between headmaster and school is clarified. It is expounded that in the daily school management
practice, headmasters should integrate the nonpower leadership into the power leadership and combine headmasters’
leadership and school leadership effectively. It is pointed out that headmasters should enhance the leadership continually
in the practice work from the following aspects: to size up the situation unceasingly,to have the foresight and sagacity; to
know and understand the law, to manage the school rigorously; to be human-oriented, to release authority suitably;to demonstrate the morality, to construct the school’s culture; to innovate and keep up
with the times.
