亨德森课程领导理论的教育含义

摘要:亨德森的教育领导学理论在注重被领导者、注重教育、注重民主等方面,具有当代教育领导理论的典范含义。这一理论的知识创新产生方式,有别于萨乔瓦尼的知识横移方式。在当前,研究这一理论有助于我们在中国现实中创建教育领导学大厦。

James Herderson's Curriculum Leadership:In the Name of a Model

Abstract: James G. Henderson's teachers' curriculum leadership built a model in
modern educational leadership field due to its focus on follower- ship, paying
attention to instruction and looking into democracy. The type of knowledge creation
is very different from other educational theoriests like T.J. Sergiovanni. Further
study of Herderson's theory can help us to build an education leadership architecture
above the Chinese reality.
