京津沪渝四直辖市中小学校长专业化水平调查比较分析

摘要:教育改革的重点在基层,领导是关键,能否实现教育家办学,提升教育教学水平,校长的专业发展程度至关重要。通过对京津沪渝四大直辖市中小学校长的专业化水平进行抽样调查发现,中小学校长专业化发展需求强烈,在年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、工作年限和满意度等领导素养方面存在差异,其专业发展机制与模式总体上较为单一。为了提高中小学校长的专业化水平,需要加大政策供给力度,完善专业发展激励机制,创新专业发展模式体系,从而为提升教育质量提供有力保障。

A Survey of Primary and Middle School Principals’Professionalization in the Four Municipalities
of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing Directly under the Central Government

Abstract: The focus of educational reform is on the grass-roots units with the leadership being the key. The principals' professionalization is vital to
the achievement of education run by educators and the promotion of educational level. The sample
survey in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing shows that there is a strong demand for the
professional development of primary and middle school principals who are different in such leadership
qualities as the age structure, the educational structure, the title structure, the years of service
and the satisfaction, with the professional development mechanism and model being comparatively single.
Therefore,to improve the professional level of primary and middle school principals, we need to increase
the supply of policies, improve the professional development incentives, and innovate the professional
development models, thus guaranteeing the improvement of educational
quality.
