当代教师职业道德评价研究
摘 要:教师职业道德评价,是目前教育伦理学以及教育学关注和研究的热点问题。教师道德评价,亦称作教师伦理评价,是教育道德活动的一种重要形式,是使教育道德原则和规范得以贯彻并转化为教师道德行为的保证。然而,通过大量现象观察和理论分析之后,我们发现目前我国的教师职业道德评价体系欠完善,这种状况必将导致教师道德的职能和作用发挥失常,进而会使师德失去意义并变成无生命力的东西。因此,改变教师道德评价体系缺失的现状、大力加强师德评价体系的伦理构建势在必行。本研究从教师职业道德评价的学理阐释出发,通过深入分析我国师德评价体系存在的问题及其成因,提出了科学建立教师道德评价体系的具体建议和对策。

总 结:第一章为本文的引言部分。本章包括选题的目的和意义、文献综述、研究方法及理论创新之处,主要从选题的理论背景和现实状况,提出当前建设教师职业道德评价体系的重要性。
第二章论述的是教师职业道德评价的主要知识。本部分重点说明了教师职业.道德评价的涵义、意义、评价的标准、依据及其形式,同时还介绍了职业道德、教师职业道德和道德评价的相关理论。
第三章主要介绍了在当代教师职业道德评价中出现的问题,并对其原因进行了分析。问题部分分别从教师职业道德现状、教师职业道德评价标准、教师职业道德评价依据、教师职业道德评价价值取向四个方面进行阐述。原因分析包含对教师职业道德评价的重要性认识不足、缺乏切实可行的教师职业道德评价指标、升学率仍是教师职业道德评价的重要标准和一元评价主体方式主导教师职业道德评价四部分内容。
第四章描述的是当代教师职业道德评价体系的伦理构建。这章是本论文的问题解决部分,主要是从提升教师职业道德评价的重视程度、以实践性的教师职业道德评价理念为主导、建立切实有效的教师职业道德评价标准、以发展性教师职业道德评价代替奖惩性教师职业道德评价和实现教师职业道德评价方式的多样化五方面加以论述的。
Abstract: Evaluation of professional ethics of teachers is a hot spot currently concerned and researched by ethics education and education. Moral evaluation of teachers, also known as ethical evaluation of teachers, is an important form of moral activity. It enables education to implement the ethical principles and norms and transformed to ensure ethical behavior for teachers. However,through a large number of phenomena by observation and theoretical analysis, we found that China current evaluation system of professional ethics of teachers are underdeveloped. This situation will inevitably lead to a moral disorder of the functions and role of teachers, and thus would lose its meaning and become exstinct. Therefore, changing the status of teachers’ moral evaluation system, which already appears its defects, and vigorously strengthen the building of ethical ethics evaluation system becomes imperative. This dissertation interpreters theoretically from evaluation of professional ethics of teachers, through in-depth analysis of the evaluation system of ethics problems and their causes, therefore, proposed to establish a scientific system of moral evaluation of teacher, concerning specific suggestions and strategies.
