课堂教学中教师职业道德现状及对策研究
摘 要:现代社会中,教师职业与其他职业相比,被看成是一个高起点、高标准、高素质的职业。对于教师职业的关注主要集中在教师是否具有良好的职业道德。教师作为培育全面发展的人才的专业的劳动者,只有具备高尚的职业道德和全面发展的综合素质,才能胜任教书育人的工作。教师职业道德对其行为有调节功能、对教师自身修养有引导功能、对教育对象有教育功能、对社会文明有示范功能等。可见,教师职业道德水平的高低不仅与教师本身紧密相连,与社会的多方面联系具有更重要的价值。
2008 年教育部对《中小学教师职业道德规范》进行了再次修订,修订后的内容突出了“爱”与“责任”这个鲜明的教育主题。“爱”是教育亘古不变的主题,“责任”是教师永恒的承诺,“爱”与“责任”是教师职业道德的核心。素质教育下的课堂教学应该是充满爱的课堂、体现教师责任的领地。在课堂教学中,教师的一举一动、一言一行、对待学生的态度、处理问题的方式都会潜移默化的对学生产生影响,成为学生模仿的对象。因此,关注课堂教学中中学教师的职业道德行为有很重要的意义。

总 结:本研究查阅相关文献,发现关于教师职业道德的研究很多,从对道德规范的解读、影响因素的分析、对现状的调查等相关的论文和著作都比较多,从方法到内容对此研究还是比较全面的,一方面显示出对教师职业道德的关注程度,另一方面说明了教师职业道德在具体的实施上的确存在一定的问题。相比较而言,关于课堂教学中的教师职业道德的研究比较少。本研究在借鉴了已有研究成果的基础上,采用实证研究的方法,自编《课堂教学中教师职业道德调查问卷》,共发放310份,回收287份,有效问卷273份,调查期间依据访谈提纲对部分在职教师进行了访谈,了解到当前在课堂教学中部分中学教师在爱岗敬业、为人师表、关爱学生三方面的现状。通过对调查结果进行数据处理,结果显示出:(1)在课堂教学中,中学教师的职业道德水平整体表现是比较好的;(2)在具体的行为表现上存在一些违背教师职业道德规范的行为;(3)不同背景下,中学教师在课堂教学中的教师职业道德存在差异。本文针对调查出存在的问题,进行了原因的分析,认为如下因素导致了问题的出现:部分教师的教育观念陈旧、法律意识淡薄、心理素质不高导致在课堂教学中违背教师职业道德行为的出现;不良的道德氛围影响到教师的价值取向;繁重的教学任务和升学压力导致教师心理健康受到威胁。针对问题的原因,本研究认为,应该从三方面来改善目前中学教师队伍中出现的问题:(1)更新传统的教师观、学生观和教学观,注重师德培养; (2)从自身定位、人际关系、技能技巧上努力完善中学教师的心理素质;(3)改善社会环境、创设良好的校园文化,营造良好的师德氛围。通过这些举措努力提升中学教师的职业道德水平。
Abstract: In modern society, teachers and other professional career than being seen as a starting point, high standard, high-quality jobs. The teaching profession has focused mostly on whether the teachers have good professional ethics. Teachers as a nurturing all-round development of the talents of professional workers, only those with high professional ethics and all-round development of the overall quality of teaching and educating can perform the work. Teacher professional ethics of their behavior regulation functions, the teacher has to guide our self-function, education, object-educational function, there are demonstrations of social civilization and functions. Can be seen that the level of professional ethics of teachers not only with the teachers themselves are closely linked, multi-faceted ties with the community has a more important value.
In 2008 the Ministry of Education on the "primary and secondary school teachers in professional ethics" had a further amendment, the contents of the more prominent of the "Love and Responsibility" is a distinct theme of education. Love is the everlasting theme of education. The responsibility of teachers' eternal promise, love and responsibility is the core of professional ethics of teachers. Quality Education in classroom Teaching should be full of love, the classroom is the teachers responsibility to reflect the territory. In the classroom teaching, teachers, every move, every word and deed, the attitude towards the students, ways of tackling problems will be a subtle impact on students as the students imitated. Therefore, Concerned about the teaching of professional ethical conduct of secondary school teachers are very important significance.
