当代西方主流教育领导理论新进展

摘要：当代西方主流教育领导理论获得了长足发展，整体呈现概念多元化和概念集群化趋势。基于文献考察，当代西方主流教育领导理论可以概括为经营式领导、转化式领导、参与式领导、后现代领导、道德领导、教学领导六类。对这些教育领导理论的发展历程进行分析，可以发现关注焦点转移、理论内容交叉和从属、领导维度和多元的新进展。

The New Development of Contemporary Mainstream Educational Leadership 
Theory in the West

Abstract：There has been a rapid development for the mainstream educational theories in 
the western world,which exhibit a tendency of both concepts pluralism and concepts grouping.
Based on the literature review，the mainstream educational theories can be summed up six categories as follows: 
managerial leadership，transformational leadership，participative leadership , post-modern leadership , moral leadership，instructional leadership.By analyzing these theories，such new development can be 
summarized as transformed focus，crossing and hypotaxis of theoretical content and expanding and diversification of  the 
leadership dimension.
