有效提升中小学校长教学领导力的策略探析

摘要：校长教学领导力是教育领导研究的新方向。由于固有思想及实践的原因，目前我国中小学校长教学领导存在着一些问题，诸如教学领导观念未得到重视，教学领导实践不到位，校长本身的专业知识和技能的欠缺影响教学领导的执行等。针对这些问题，从理念，自身修养及实践角度提出一些有效提高中小学校长教学领导的策略。

Research on the strategies of principals teaching leadership ability  promotion 
in primary and secondary schools

Abstract: Principals' teaching leadership ability is a new field of educational leadership.Because 
of ingrained ideas and practice,there are some problems in  principals 'teaching leadership in primary 
and secondary schools Educational leadership concept has not been focused as cell as educational 
leadership practice .Principals 'short of professional knowledge and skills also influence educational 
leadership practice.To solve these problems,the article brings up some strategies from concept,self 
ability and practice aspects.
