试论教师领导力的预设与生成

摘要:教师领导力是教授治校理念影响下教师权力和能力在教育活动中的一种表现形式。以往的观点受目标管理等理论的影响更倾向于认为教师领导力是为实现既定目标而被赋予的预设性管理权力。而依据情景领导理论的指导,更加注重因情景和被领导的不同而表现出的生成性能力也有其合理之处。虽然指导理论不同,两者却可以在教育领导活动过程中相互协调,得到统一。

On the Presupposition and Generation of Teacher Leadership

Abstract:Teacher Leadership is a form of teacher’s powers and abilities under governance concept in
educational activities. In the past,the view is more inclined to thinking that teacher leadership
is to achieve the established objectives and is endowed with default property management power.
According to the scene leadership have its shortcomings. Although the guiding theory is different,
both can work in education leadership in the process of mutual coordination,the unification.
