师范生职业道德教育探讨

  要:教师必须具有较高的职业道德水平,这是山教师的职业特点决定的。然而,目前我国的教师队伍中却存在一些不容忽视的问题,如缺乏职业理想、缺乏敬业精神、缺乏对施教对象的关爱、不注意为人师表、不能做到教书育人等。

高质量的教育需要高素质的教师,培养高素质教师的任务必须由师范院校来承担,而培养师范生的职业道德素质是师范教育的重要内容之一。因此,本文在借鉴中外教师职业道德理论与实践的基础上,通过对我省师范生职业道德教育现状的调查,分析了在师范生职业道德教育中存在以下问题:教育理念陈旧、课程设置单一、教材选编欠妥等。据此,本文提出了九项改进策略,即:更新教育理念,体现师范特色;改变课程设,实施全程教育;丰富教材内容,突出案例分析;采用多种形式,注重教育实效;加强师德建设,倡导全员参与。

  结:教师必须具有较高的职业道德, 这是教师的职业对象、职业的性质、职业内容和职业手段决定的。教师职业的对象是活生生的人,是正在成长中的儿童青少年,而不是无生命的物体,他们具有主观能动性;教师职业的目的是育人,是帮助正在成长的儿童青少年健康成长,使他们成为社会的一员;教师职业的内容是传授知识,教书育人,是提供教育服务;教师职业的手段不是任何工其,而是教师用自己的知识和才能、品德和智慧,在与自己的教育对象学生共同活动中影响他们。教师职业道德的养成离不开系统的教育。师范院校作为我国教育的“工作母机”,理应担当起培养未来教师——师范生的职业道德素质的重任。教师职 业 道德素质己不再是意识形态的代名词或政治范畴内的常用术语,而是集理想、价值、社会责任为一休的敬业精神、民主精神、科学精神、品德自山、充分独创发展的具体体现。培养师范生的职业道德素质始终应该是一项基础性工程,它需要教育行政部门、各师范院校及所有的教职员工的共同努力,也需要更多的教育专家、学者的共同探讨。

Abstract: The professional peculiarity demands that teachers should have higher professional ethics. However, at present in our country, there do exist some problems that cannot be ignored in the team of teachers. For example, some teachers lack professional ideals; some are unwilling to devote themselves to the educational career; some pay little concern and love to theirs students; some cannot make themselves be models for the students; and there are also some teachers who do not educate the students while imparting knowledge.

A high quality education needs high quality teachers. T he normal schools and normal universities bear the duty of cultivating teachers where to rear the normal students' professional ethics is one of the most important educational contents.

This paper, consulting the theories and experience in the field of teachers' professional ethics in and abroad, investigates the current educational situation of the teachers' professional ethics for the students in normal schools and normal universities and also analyses the existing problems in it, which are as follows: the educational concept is out of date; the courses offered are unitary and the contents of the textbooks are inappropriate. At the same time, it puts forward a general plan for improvement. First: renew the educational concept and embody the characteristics of the normal schools and normal universities. Second: change the courses offered and make the education professional ethics carried out all through the whole normal education. Third: enrich the contents of the textbooks and lay stress on analyzing examples. Fourth: adopt various ways in this course and pay attention to the actual educational effects. Fifth: improve the performance of teachers who work in normal schools and normal universities and advocate all the teachers participating in the practice of cultivating the students' professional ethics.
