学校道德领导困境及规范构建
——儒家关系主义的视角

摘要:在儒家关系主义背景下,正确的行为在本质上是指如何处理与他人的关系。“关系”、“面子”与“人情”是海内外华人在应对社会关系中最常碰到的问题,也是华人文化区别于其他文化的一面镜子。中小学教育领导在面对“关系”、“面子”与“人情”时遇到诸多伦理问题。适应法制社会的发展,我们的道德领导要尽可能具备以下伦理信念:一视同仁的“亲疏”关系理念、公私分明的人情观、为学校和儿童发展的面子观。

On the Ethical Problems of Leadership —under the background of Confucian Relationalism

Abstract: In the context of Confucian relationalism, the essence of correct behavior is how to
handle the relations with others. "Relationship","face" and "human nature" are the main problems which Chinese
at home and abroad will encounter and that is also a mirror to distinguish Chinese culture from other cultures. Educational leaders of
primary and middle schools will encounter many ethical issues when they are in the occasion of "relationship","face" and "human
nature".In order to adjust to the development of legal society our educational leaders should have the following ethical beliefs as many
as possible: The relationship concept of giving equal treatment to everyone the human nature outlook of equality and the face perception
for the development of school and children.
