中小学教师专业发展的伦理道德因素研究
摘 要:教师专业伦理道德,是当前教师教育研究的热点和难点。如何实现中小学教师“职业伦理道德”向“专业伦理道德”观念的转移,是当前迫切需要解决的问题。以往的教师职业道德研究,很少从专业发展的角度迸行研究,也很少涉及教师的专业伦理道德要素。本文就中小学教师的专业伦理道德因素进行了研究,只有对中小学教师专业伦理道德结构因素进行系统分析,揭示教师专业伦理道德与教师专业发展的内在联系,才能有针对性地提出相关对策,才能顺应时代的发展,从教师专业发展的角度积极推进教师的专业伦理道德建设,从而促进教师的专业发展。因此,研究中小学教师的专业伦理道德因素构成及其培养对策不仅具有十分重要的理论意义,面且具有十分重要的实践意义。

总 结:本文以“中小学教师专业发展的伦理道德因素研究”为题,首先运用文献法,综合教育专家的观点,概括出中小学教师专业伦理道德的内涵、基本结构和要素,分析了教师专业伦理道德与教师专业发展的关系;随后运用了问卷调查、
访谈等方法,以浙江省宁波市为例,了解了中小学师生对教师专业伦理道德的构成因素的期望,并用同样的方法对宁波市中小学教师的专业伦理道德现状进行抽样调查。在研究和调查的基础上,对当代教师专业伦理道德的培养原则和途径
做出科学的分析,全面反映和深化对中小学教师专业伦理道德的认识,为高素质教师的培养提供一个新的视角。全文共分四部分:
第一部分:介绍了教师专业伦理道德问题的提出,研究目的、内容、国内外相关的研究现状、意义、思路和方法。
第二部分:对中小学教师专业伦理道德的内涵、教师专业伦理道德与教师专业发展的关系、教师专业伦理道德的构成因素,以及中小学师生对专业伦理道德的构成因素的期望作了概要分析。
第三部分:通过对宁波市中小学教师的调查,考察了新手型教师、熟手型教师和专家型教师专业伦理道德的现状、存在的问题及其成因,分析了教师专业伦理道德的阶段性特点。
第四部分:对当代中小学教师专业伦理道德的培养原则、培养方法和途径进行探讨,并提出一些尝试性的建议。
Abstract: Professional ethics of teachers has been a hot issue of current educational research into teachers, which is also a difficulty. What should be solved at the moment is how to realize the transition of the elementary and secondary teachers from vocational morality to their professional ethics. Former researches on teachers’ vocational ethics are seldom based on teachers’ professional development. The following article is to carry out studies on the factors in the professional ethics of the primary school teachers and the high school teachers. Only when we has a systematic analysis of the indispensable factors on these teachers’ professional ethics and uncover the inner relationship between teachers’ professional ethics and teachers’ professional development, can we bring out the proper strategy right to the point and up to date. Thus the teachers’ vocational morality and professional development can be furthered from a professional angle. Therefore it has the theoretical importance as well as application sense to research into the factors in professional ethics of teachers and its corresponding strategies.
