摘 要：本文阐述了贫困地区义务教育性别不公平的现象 ,进而从学生的家庭收入低、义务教育的学习支出高、义务教育的个人收益低等方面分析了义务教育性别不公平的原因 ,并在此基础上提出了实现义务教育性别公平的策略 :建立健全教育法规体系、对贫困地区加大扶持力度、实施“差异—平等”的教育。

总结：1.贫困地区义务教育性别不公平现象主要表现为女童入学率低、辍学率高；

2.义务教育性别不公平的原因包括：学生家庭收入低、义务教育的学习支出高以及义务教育的个人收益低；

Reasons and Counter measures on the Sexual Unfairness of Compulsory Education in Poor Area

Abstract：Setting forth the sexual unfairness of compulsory education in poor area,the article analyses reasons as follows：Low income of students families,high learning expenditure and low individual gains of compulsory education.Finally the article puts forward the ways to deal with the situation：to set up sound educational legal system,to provide strong assistance for poor areas,to carry out “difference-equality”education.

Summary：1. The sexual unfairness of compulsory education in poor area showed mostly in the low rate of girls’ enrollment and high rate of girls’ dropout.
