摘要：如何消解性别歧视，实现性别平等，成为我们关注的课题。而在教育民主化过程中，性别平等是教育民主化的主要内容和目标。就社会而言，教育是实现社会性别公平，保障女性政治、经济、文化等各方面平等权利的重要途径和基本条件。无论是教育民主化进程本身提出的性别公平目标，还是教育作为女性赋权增能和解放的必要条件，都要求我们重新审视教育的重要作用和功能是否有利于实现社会性别公平。

关键词：性别公平；教育公平；课程

总结：1.作者认为性别公平化教育应是以承认性别差异为前提，以消除性别偏见为原则，目的是让男女学生都得到全面合理的发展。

2.学校教育中存在着性别不公平问题，这种现象背后的原因主要有以下几个方面：

（1）教材中的社会性别问题。女性形象远远少于男性，且典型的光辉形象更少；

（2）教师态度与行为。教师的性别刻板印象观念使其用不同的态度和行为对待男女学生；

（3）教育教学过程中的性别偏差。教师总是用无性别的教育方式对待男女学生，未注重性别差异。

3.西方国家的基础教育主要涉及教育公平问题，受教育机会均等已基本实现，而我们国家的基础教育则要同时兼顾这两个问题。随着时间的推移以及实践推动，教育公平的理念会在教育改革中得以体现。

Analysis of Gender Equality in Education

Abstract：How to eliminate gender discrimination has become a focusing point. In the process of education democratization, gender equality is an important content and goal. For the society, education is an important way to realize gender equality. In a word,we should re-analyze the importance and function of education to check whether it is conductive to the realization of gender equality.

Summary：1.The author thinks that admitting gender difference is the basis of gender equality education,eliminating gender bias is the principle of gender equality education.All this are to let  the boys and girls acquire the comprehensive and reasonable development.

2.There exists gender inequality problems in schools.The major reasons behind this are as follows:

(1)The social gender problems in textbooks.Female images are always less than male images and less brilliant than male;

(2)Teachers’ attitudes and behaviors.Teachers’ gender stereotype make them treat boys and girls with different attitudes and behaviors;

(3)Gender bias in the process of teaching.Teachers always use nonsexual education way to treat boys and girls and ignore the gender difference.

3.The western primary education involves the education equality problems and they have achive the goal of the education equality of opportunity.However,our country’s primary education must care about the two aspects.With the time going by and the promoting of practices,the idea of education equality will be showed in the education reforms.
