 农村幼儿园园长的培训需求分析与思考

    摘要:开展对农村幼儿园园长的有效培训,其前提是了解培训需求。本研究运用问卷调查、座谈、个别访谈等方式获得关于农村幼儿园园长参与培训的现状、对培训的需求及存在的问题等信息,结合培训教育教学实践提出了农村幼儿园园长培训的建议。
