    摘要：开展对农村幼儿园园长的有效培训，其前提是了解培训需求。本研究运用问卷调查、座谈、个别访谈等方式获得关于农村幼儿园园长参与培训的现状、对培训的需求及存在的问题等信息，结合培训教育教学实践提出了农村幼儿园园长培训的建议。

Analysis and Thinking on the Training Needs of Rural Kindergarten Principal

    Abstract: To understand the training needs of rural kindergarten principals is the basement of an effective training． In this study，we used questionnaires，discussions and individual interviews to get the information about the rural kindergarten principals who participate in training，and their needs and problems of training． At last，we gave some recommendations of the training based on the combination of training and education practice．
