摘要:国家在《中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020 年）》（以下简称《纲要》）中提出：“要重点发展农村学前教育。明确政府职责，把发展学前教育纳入社会主义新农村建设规划。”农村学前教育的发展已到了风口浪尖的时期，这一时期发展中还存在很多问题，而农村幼儿园课程实施是最令人困扰的问题之一。
