 小规模民办幼儿园的现状与发展对策

摘要:小规模民办幼儿园是目前民办幼儿园的主力军, 对实现县域学前教育的快速发展有着不容忽视的重要作用。调查显示, 小规模民办幼儿园的优势是低投入、低收费、机制活、方便儿童入园, 但同时也存在布局不合理、管理不规范、教师素质低、教育质量差、发展后劲不足等问题。政府应运用多种手段加大对小规模民办幼儿园的管理与扶助力度, 在保证低收入家庭儿童入园率的同时, 促使小规模民办幼儿园不断提升教育质量与办学水平。

Case Study on Peer Relationship of Pr eschooler s with

Hear ing Impairment under Inclusive Environment

Abstract: Peer relationship plays an important role in the development of all children. Special attention should be given to the peer relationship between children with hearing impairment and normal children. This study used different methods such as peer nomination, field observation and interview to get a clear picture on the peer relationship of two preschoolers with hearing impairment in an inclusive classroom. As the results indicated that the peer relationship is not effective, stable and equal, measures should be taken to improve their peer relationship.
