幼儿教师生存状况调查研究

摘要:调查表明,当前我国幼儿教师的生存状况不容乐观,长期过重的工作负担和沉重的精神压力是造成幼儿教师产生心理障碍的主要原因。只有切实提高幼儿教师的社会地位,使幼儿教师在工作中享受到生活的快乐,才是真正的“人本主义”管理思想。

总结:
1、 对广州市的124名幼儿园的教师进行问卷调查
2、 对调查的结果进行分析。
(1)忙是时代的特征,幼儿教师不仅忙而且忙得特别累。
(2)“保育事故”是把魔剑,给教师以巨大的心理压力。
(3) 幼儿园的许多活动得不到教师的认同,增加了教师的负担。
(4)幼儿教师认为幼儿园的教育内容过多,教师是被赶鸭子上架。
(5)普遍严重超带,一个班经常像闹市;早出晚归,持续上班时间过长。
(6)存在较强的自卑感和职业厌恶感。
(7)大多数幼儿教师已不热心于幼儿教育事业,心理的叛逃是必须警惕的教育危机信号。
3、结论和建议
从以上的调查统计和初步的分析,可见当前幼儿教师生存状况之概貌,亦可窥幼儿教育危机之倪端。幼儿教师负担之重、状态之差已严重影响到教育计划的实施和教育目标的达成,结果与初衷背道而驰,并且负效应无可估量。
An Investigation of Infant Teachers’Living situation

Abstract :Investigation shows that at present the living situation of infant teachers in our country is not so optimistic. The long2term overloaded working burden and the heavy spiritual pressure placed on the infant teachers is the main cause of psychological problems for them. Only when we conscientiously improve the social status of infant
teachers ,can we make them be able to enjoy happiness in their work. This should be the real good humanistic thinking.

3, conclusions and recommendations
From the above investigation and preliminary statistical analysis, the current living conditions of teachers in preschool children can see picture, early childhood education crisis Ni end. Preschool teachers' burden, state difference have seriously affected achieve educational programmes and the implementation of education objectives, results and original draw further apart, and the negative effect of immeasurable.
