幼儿教师职业能力结构的理论构想

摘要:从事幼儿教育工作的幼儿教师,由于职业活动对象及工作性质不同,决定了幼儿教师必须具备认知能力维度、教育活动能力维度、职业技能维度以及由此组成的多序列、多层次、多类型的结构模式。这些结构模式的特征,是综合性、动态性和开放性的。

总结:
幼儿教师的职业性质及重角色期待决定了幼儿教师必须具备多元职业能力,方能扮演好这一社会角色。我们认为幼儿教师具有三维职业能力结构较为合理。
1.幼儿教师的认知能力
这是一般人从事一般性活动所必须具备的能力。它包括观察力、记忆力、注意力、想像力、思维能力、语言交往能力等因素。但作为幼儿教师,其侧重点有所不同。如观察力,它是幼儿教师洞察幼儿内心世界和个性特征、发挥教育机智、因材施教的先决条件
2. 幼儿教师的教育活动能力
(1) 生活指导能力。这是幼儿教师的基本能力。
(2) 理解和把握幼儿心理的能力
(3) 教育教学监控能力。
(4) 创设和利用环境的能力。
(5) 教育教学的应变能力
(6) 情商能力
(7) 掌握现代教育技术能力
(8) 家长工作能力
(9) 科研能力
(10) 创新能力。

Abstract :Because of the different occupational object and working nature ,the infant teacher who works for preschool education should have all kinds of abilities such as cognitive ability ,training ability and occupa2 tional and technical ability ,etc ,and these abilities may compose a structural model which has many arrays and categories and layers. Futhermore , the basic features of this structural model are syntdhetical , dynamic and open.
