我国中小学校长培训的大学化研究
摘要:教师教育大学化是世界教师教育改革的重要趋势与现实选择。在此背景下,加强中小学校长队伍建设,促进中小学校长专业发展,实施大学化思路推动中小学校长队伍建设,是深化中小学校长建设的重要举措。
本研究以教师教育大学化为背景,以中小学校长专业发展理论为依据,分析我国中小学校长培训过程中存在的问题,论述提升中小学校长专业化水平是中小学校长队伍建设的基本目标。文章对中小学校长培训大学化的内涵、特征及价值进行了分析,并结合上海师范大学的实践探索总结出推动中小学校长培训大学化的若干建议。围绕上述研究内容,文章共分成四大部分:
第一部分:主要阐明本研究的研究动机、研究现状、研究思路及方法。通过对与本研究有关概念的界定及国内外有关校长培训相关研究成果的梳理,理清本研究所需要解决的关键问题,并论述了本研究的创新之处及局限。
第二部分:论述教师教育大学化是引起中小学校长培训议题的重要背景。通过对发达国家教师教育大学化发展状况及做法进行比较,并结合我国教师教育大学化发展的现状,从中总结出教师教育大学化的发展要求及对我国教师教育大学化的启示。基于校长队伍建设理应是教师教育的重要组成部分的认识,故加强中小学校长队伍的培训工作,也应该在教师教育大学化的发展思路中进行反思,以寻求完善策略。
第三部分:通过分析主要发达国家制定实施的中小学校长专业标准,指出中小学校长专业发展是加强校长队伍建设的基本目标。结合中小学校长专业发展目标,分析了我国中小学校长培训的专业性不强、学术性质不明确等问题,进而提出中小学校长培训大学化是解决培训问题的一项重要策略。
第四部分:通过对上海师范大学构建大学化中小学校长培训的实践个案进行评析,总结出中小学校长培训大学化应当遵循的基本原则及实施任务,进而提出推进中小学校长培训大学化的若干建议。

Abstract:University of Teacher Education is an important trend and realistic choice of the reform to international teacher education. On this background, an important measure of strengthening the construction of contingent of principals is promoting the the Principal Construction by the way of University to promote the principal professionalization and further improve the principals.
The study is based on the background of University of Teacher Education and thinking of principals’ professional development. Is based By analyzing the problems in the principals’ training process , to promote principals’ professional level is a basic objective of strengthening the construction of the principals. The article analyzes the contents, features and value of University of Principal Training. At the same time, the article sums up a number of recommendations about promoting University of Principal Training by combining with the practical exploration of Shanghai Normal University.
Concerning on these questions, the paper is divided into four parts:
The first part is to mainly clarify the motivation of this research, the history of research, research thinking and method. Through the definition of concepts with this study and the principal outcomes of the training-related research at home and abroad combing, putting the Institute needs to address critical issues and discuss innovations and limitations of this study.
The second part is to compare the situation and practices of University of teacher education in developed countries, combined with the current situation of university of teacher education in China, from which summarizes requirements in the development of teacher education and its enlightenment to universities of teacher education in China. Based on the principals of team construction of teachers’ education should be an important part of understanding, strengthening the training of primary and middle school principals should lie on the universities of teacher education in the development of reflection, to seek to improve policies.
The third part is to analyze developed countries for implementation of professional standards and principal, pointing out that primary and secondary school principals professional development is a fundamental objective of strengthening the construction of principal. Combined principals’ professional development goals. analysis of Chinese headmasters training professional is not strong, academic issues such as nature is ambiguous, and thus made of headmaster training University is an important strategy to address training issues.
The fourth part is to summarize the basic principles and implementation tasks,by analyzing the practice of Shanghai Normal University. What’s more, the article makes a number of recommendations to promote University of headmaster training.
