摘要：高校校园文化是生长发展在高等教育环境中的一种独特的文化现象，是指在高校这一特定教育环境中，除了课堂教学以外的一切教育文化现象，它以生活在校园内的大学生、教师、管理人员和其他一切服务人员为主体，是在物质形态、精神产品以及活动方式和文化氛围上具有独特特点的文化类型。高校校园文化具有强烈的时代性、鲜明的导向性、内在的凝聚性、以及内容的丰富性和发展的创新性等特征。高校校园文化具有思想导向、力量凝聚、行为约束、社会辐射和生活激励等功能，它与课堂教学文化一起共同服务于高校人才培养的需要。

新时期在面临市场经济发展、国际环境变化和高等教育大众化的严峻挑战的情况下，高校校园文化建设显现出了基本建设弱化、主旋律不突出、局限于学生管理、缺少科学系统规划、与人才培养目标结合不够紧密以及灰色文化滋生蔓延等较为严重的问题。加强高校校园文化建设既是迎接这些挑战的需要，也是加强两个文明建设、提高大学生政治理论素质、思想道德素质和综合文化素质、培养社会主义者建设事业合格人才的迫切需要。

新时期加强高校校园文化必须坚持弘扬主旋律、服务于办学方向、注重整体性、坚持创新性和重视学生个性发展的原则。新时期加强高校校园文化建设的基本对策就是要以科学发展观为指导，创建“绿色生态型”高校校园文化。为此，要通过突出主旋律、全方位开展高雅健康的校园文化活动和优化校园网络环境来创建“绿色”校园文化；要通过校园文化与“第一课堂”的呼应、校园文化自身三要素的协调和校园文化与社会文化的互动来创建协调发展的“生态型”校园文化；要通过科学系统的规划、校园文化历史的传承和校园文化的制度创新实现“生态型”校园文化的可持续发展；要通过发挥高校领导、学生主体、教师主体和学生社团在校园文化创建和互动过程中的作用，来增加“生态型”校园文化的内部活力；要通过推行诚信教育、培育校园精神和创设校园文化特色来提升校园文化的品位，实现“生态型”校园文化的健康发展。这样，才能充分发挥高校校园文化在高素质人才培养方面的独有功能。

Abstract：University campus culture is a kind of unique culture phenomenon which is growing in the higher education environment. It means all educational culture phenomena besides classroom instruction in this specific university educational environment. The subjects are the university students, teachers, administrative staff and other serving attendants in the campus. It is a culture type with the unique characteristic on material shape, intellectual product, activity way and culture atmosphere. University campus culture has strong era nature, distinct direction, inherent coherent, rich contents and it is innovative in its development. University campus culture have many functions, such as, thought leading, strength condensing, behavior restraining, the social radiation and life encouraging. It serves the need of university's personnel training together with classroom instruction culture.

under the situation of facing the economic development of the market, situation of international environment changing and popular severe challenge of higher education, university campus cultural construction is weak, the theme is not outstanding , the form confines in student management, and it lacks scientific plan system, combines incompletely close with train objective, and grey culture spreads, etc. Strengthening the university campus cultural construction meets the needs of these challenges, the needs of the construction of two civilizations, improving university student's political theory quality, ideological and ethical standards, comprehensive cultural dynamics, and the needs of training qualified talents of socialist's construction cause.

Strengthening university's campus culture in new period must insist on carrying forward the theme, serve the direction of running a school, pay attention to globality, and insist on the innovative principle and paying attention to student's individual character development.

The basic countermeasure in new period is to establish university's campus culture of “green ecotype” by the instruction of scientific development. To build this kind of university's campus culture, we need the outstanding theme, need to launch the graceful and healthy campus cultural activity and optimize the network environment of the campus; To coordinate this kind of university's campus culture, we need to coordinate university's campus culture with " first classroom ", coordinate the three elements of campus culture itself and coordinate campus culture with social culture; To realize the sustainable development of the campus culture of " ecotype ", we need to plan scientifically, pass on cultural history and make innovations of the culture of the campus; To increase the inside vigor of the campus culture of " ecotype ", we need the play of university's leader , student's subject , teacher's subject and function of student's corporation in the building of culture of the campus; To promote the campus culture characteristic and realize the sound development of the campus culture of " ecotype ", we need pursue sincere education and cultivate the campus spirit. In this way, the culture of the university campus’s function in high-quality personnel training could give full play.
