学校教育与家庭教育结合的现状调查及应对策略
摘要:站在新世纪的起点上,面向末来的知识经济时代,面向学习化和信息化社会,人类面临着有史以来最为多变和最难以把握的境遇。现代生活要求高素质的人才以适应末来社会发展的需要,而高素质人才的培养是由诸多因素决定的,其中,起基础性、主导性作用的是学校教育与家庭教育。在培养人这个复杂的过程中需要二者紧密有效的结合。然而,现实生活中二者的合作存在着诸多的问题,这已严重影响着学生的全面发展。因此,发现并解决二者合作中存在的问题,提高二者合作的效率,具有非常重要的意义。
总结:本文从学校教育与家庭教育结合的现状出发,探讨了二者合作的必要性与可能性,并通过抽样调查,认真分析了二者合作中存在的问题及其成因,致力于树立各自正确的观念,提出有效解决问题的方式方法,从根本上保障二者结合的顺利实施以及全面发展的人的培养。

Abstract:The Humanity, standing at the starting line of a new century when the times is knowledge economy oriented and the society is studying and information based, is facing up to the circumstances which are throughout the history most changeable and most difficult to grasp. Talents with high quality are requested in modern times to meet the needs of future development of society; whereas many factors contribute to the cultivation of talented people, among which schooling and family education play a fundamental and dominant role. Therefore, close and effective cooperation between the two is highly needed in the complicated process of human cultivation. Nevertheless, many problems exist in the cooperation which has severely affected the comprehensive development of students. As a result, it is of top importance to dig out and solve the problems to improve efficiency of cooperation of both.
