 学校指导家庭教育的策略研究

摘要:随着教育改革的深入,人们越来越认识到,在青少年社会化的过程中,学校和家庭是两个主要的决定性因素,加强两者的合作,对青少年的健康成长有着极其重要的意义。如何使家庭教育与学校教育有效结合,学校如何指导家庭教育就是值得我们重新审视和进一步研究的领域。

本次研究选取大庆市的四所学校(两所小学,两所初中)进行个案研究,通过对教师问卷、家长问卷和学生问卷的统计和相关资料的对比分析,基本上对当前学校开展家庭教师指导的总体状况,教师进行指导的具体实施情况以及影响因素都有了总体把握。对目前学校指导家庭教育中存在的某些不合理的现象和问题作了揭示。

总结:本文提出:学校与家庭应开展课题式的合作教育方式,才能更有利于帮助家长提高家庭教育的水平;要大力开展校本培训,提升教师的指导水平;学校应该积极地与社区携手,共同营造指导家庭教育的整体氛围;家庭教育指导是全社会都应该关心的一项系统工程。政府要建立健全相关的法律、法规,为家庭教育指导提供有力保障。

AbstractWith the in-depth development of educational reform, people see more clearly that home and school are two main decisive factors in course of teenagers' socialization, and that it's very significant for the healthy growth of the young generation to enhance the cooperation between home and school. How to combine family education and schooling, and how schools instruct family education are the fields that we should survey and study further.

Through this case study, carries out four schools (two primary schools and two junior schools) in Daqing, The status quo of schools instructing family education were understood entirely by counting the questionnaires of teachers and parents and students and contrastively analyzing related data. Some unreasonable phenomenon and problems exiting in schools instructing family education were exposed by analyzing the material problems in practicing related policies and system.
