摘要：校长领导力的修炼和提升可在学校管理实践中实现，即在科学评价和诊断、凝聚人心的基拙上，在为学校制订并有效组织全体师生执行长远规划、学校制度的过程中实现。借助本身工作的实践性，这种修炼和提高是必然和有效的。

Practicing and Promoting Principal’s Leadership in Practice

Abstract：Principal's leadership could he practiced and promoted in manging school's work,that is to make and carry out a school's long term plans effectively on the basic scientific evaluation diagnosis and cohesion for the will of the people.With the help of the practicality for themselves’work this kind of practicing and promoting is inevitable and effectively.
