“教育思想治校”之内涵与现实意义

摘要:苏霍姆林斯基在长期的教育实践中形成了颇具特色的教育管理思想,即“教育思想治校”思想。其实质是:对学校实行教育领导;依靠教育信念团结全体教师;组织教师进行创造性劳动;提高教师素养,加强教师队伍建设。这些思想对我国当前的教育实践具有重要的指导意义。

The connotation and realistic significance of administering a school by educational thoughts

Abstract:During his long educational practice, Suhomulinsky developed a distinctive thought of educational management administering a school by educational thoughts. It has the following substance: carry out educational leading in schools, unite all teachers with educational faith, organize teachers to work creatively, improve teachers' quality, strengthen the construction of the contingent of teachers. The thoughts have a great guiding significance to the current educational practice in our country.
